“I wanted to share my recent great experience buying an older used car from Ed’s. Long story short, I’m happy with the car but ran into some repair issues shortly after the sale, which I know is always a possibility with buying an older used car. I contacted Ed just to let him know what was happening because I was a bit frustrated/scared. He didn’t hesitate to book me in to have a look and he rectified all issues. It’s not lost on me that a warranty was not included in my purchase and he could have told me to kick rocks. But he didn’t. He helped me. He said - and I quote “we take care of our customers.” It felt great to be taken care of when things didn’t go as smoothly as everyone hopes for in the beginning. “I had to get my windshield fixed because of a stone chip so I found this shop on kijiji and left a email on a Sunday which then I got a returning email saying they could fix it that afternoon. So took the appt and I was very happy with the results and customer service from Eddy, my windshield is fixed saving me a few hundred bucks. Great job Eddy.”
