I really tried to give Dave Chevrolet a chance as we are all human and have bad days. Two weeks ago I made an appointment online to have a oil change and have engine light checked as was on. I arrive as scheduled and told it will be a few hours and wait in waiting room for the shuttle driver to drive you home. People came and went and two hours later car ready and never got a shuttle ride home. Male who was taking care of me in service did not really seem to care that I now was forgotten and waited two hours. Then female service worker spoke outload saying how busy it was for not even having one appointment booked and she even repeated it. I turned to the male attendant and he shrugged his shoulders. I waited two hours with an appointment and people came and went. I had to return as car needed a part, this was for the engine light being on. I returned but this time drove car night before. I get a text your car is ready. I returned message saying pick me up with my address.....no response. I walked there (40 minutes), and again male attendant asked me if I got the call car was ready....I replied yes did you not get my message to pick me up. Again excuse his phone not working. Get my car and three days later engine light came back on. This time I brought my car to St. Catharine's. The reason engine light was on was because wire to new part that Dave Chevrolet replaced was rotted. Service was wonderful in St. Catherine's, they offered ride to Welland right away and picked me up . My car was cleaned in and out. I never had my car cleaned with my oil change or the part that they say needed replaced. Small things make customer service stand out. The biggest issue is they did not fix the issue at Dave's and after reviewing other reviews I was not confident to return the car for same issue.

If less than one star was available to give or negative I would give it, Jay Stuart guesses at noises/ fixes on vehicles, has 2 workers complete 1 job do they charge double the rate, an oil change with fuel filter change that only took under 1 hour they charge 2 hours labor for when the proof is in the text of when we drop off / pick up only 56 mins apart from drop off to pick up. Not to mention if you have a 90,000 + vehicles they do not pay attention to detail and break things on the vehicle please becareful go to Canadian tire in Welland for oil change needs they are crooked and double check your bills guaranteed you have been frauded by this dealer. His excuses are always the same blaming the new ownership even though they have had it a while and now his newest excuse is how they price is based on every shop he's been at. He's not at those ones for a reason so please be careful.

I wouldn't even give this chevy a one star at all. I can truly say I am very very disappointed in this chevy. Right away the customer service is not there at all, they never get back to when they state they will. Extremely unprofessional on many levels they didn't actually diagnose my problem but keep guessing the issues. I brought my husband's chevy truck in for an oil change and a few filters to be chanced ( giving a three time is the charm type of idea with with the company ) when I was speaking with Service Advisor, he stated "oh your the suburban truck person, is the issue fixed yet ?" The Suburban is my truck And I went "nope" and he went oh well and started giving attitude when talking to me about the services I need done for the truck TO GET THE TRUCK BACK WITHOUT ALL THE WORK I WAS ASKING TO BE COMPLETED TO NOT BE COMPLETED TO PAY 700 FOR WHAT!?!?!?They have LACK communication, the worker are LACKING in skills....and when bring up the issues Mike and Jay the service manager, all they can say is " oh I am sorry we will bring it in again" and than blame it on knew ownership.... what the heck.... its been two years maybe you should learn a new line for your mess ups.... so I need to miss anything day of work ? So I need loss money again? For work that should of be done the correct way the first time ?!?!? All I can say is they do not care for their customers.... to be honest I think they need shut their doors and training all the workers with how to communicate between themselves and how try to keep the dislike off their faces and voices when dealing with clients.....Be prepared to make multiple trips in for any work that needs to be done with zero compensation for their overlooks and the inconvenience caused.

Will never be back, and will most definitely be telling friends and family to stay away. The only positive experience here was the salesmen. Problems from the start with this dealership and my $60k vehicle, as well as poor customer service. My most recent issue I was in contact with Mike Moore the service manager, I was reassured I would be contacted after the holidays. After two email attempts to follow up I’m yet to hear back, it’s been a month. They also attempted to double charge me for my most recent oil change which I used a credit they gave me for poor customer service during a warranty repair after I purchased my vehicle. Extremely unprofessional on many levels, save your money and go elsewhere.

Great job Dave and our finance lady. Loved the fact that at this dealership the price is right and what is posted is the price. My husband loves his new SUV and he was impressed with the colour, the style and it had options not basic. It took a bit of time to arrive due to our country's shipping issues. But we are grateful for the excellent service and dedication we were given and how quickly they were able to get the paperwork done, addressed my concerns and accommodated all of my needs.Well worth the drive to Welland for best price, customer service and integrity of advertisement❣??❣ If you've spent days, weeks, months like us trying to find the best deal and genuine price, full disclosure and awesome vehicle the way you want it call Dave today.

Will not go back to get serviced. Their pricing is outrageous and on top of that I believe they didn't actually diagnose my problem but rather guessed what it could be based on common issues with the same vehicle. I brought it to another shop and they couldn't diagnose it from the machine like David's said they did due to a connection issue. Do not trust this place. As I've heard it's not a dealership it's a stealership

Just bought an Equinox from them as my first car… amazing people and service. Answered all my questions and concerns with grace and I took her home the next day. Even though used, came smelling and looking brand new. Love this dealership and my new set of wheels :)
