Everything a grocery store should have.

For the good news; it’s very convenient to have a grocery story in the area.Bad news; cashier is rude. I was with my young son and we both had our own personal refillable water canisters. We were told that next time there are no outside food and drink allowed. You’ve got to be kidding me. It’s not a plastic water bottle that I bought from a competitor. So I’m walking on Main Street for a stroll, decide to stop for a few provisions but I can’t because how dare I have a water thermos with me??!!

Horrible experience with cashier. As we were checking out we were told that outside drinks were not allowed. When we explained that it was just water in our canisters we were still told that "no outside drinks were allowed". She told us, with attitude, that it needed to stay outside while we shopped. It was 35 degrees outside. Absolutely inconsiderate! Never going back!

A great local smaller super market. Can get 90% of what you need. All local folks connecting with the open local culture. An important experience to living in Wellington.

The staff is wonderful, but the place itself is dingy and dirty.

Normally love this place, but after tonight’s experience I won’t be going out of my way to go back. I’m well aware the store closes at 6, it’s was a couple minutes before close and my partner and I were cashing out. My partner ran to grab olive oil quickly, and while I was standing there waiting for the cashier to ring through the rest of our stuff, another cashier that was standing directly beside me made sure to say quite loudly and rudely “let’s go people, we’d like to leave!” And then they shut ALL the lights off. I checked the time and it was 5:59. While there is still other people in the store as well. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and I hope they make sure their staff doesn’t let that happen again as it was extremely unprofessional. I understand people have lives, but so do I and I wasn’t planning on being there 10 minutes before close but I had no choice. The staff should be mindful of that as well, other than thinking about just themselves.

Smaller version of a big city grocery store! Has all the essentials. Helpful staff. Bakery and Deli on site. Food to go.

All your basics are here. Don't expect aisles of allergy-friendly food or all organic products. It's an older store with charm.

It's a grocery store so there's not much that can be said. They do have a little dutch section that is great though.

At least there's a grocery store in the town, with a not too bad selection. But prices are markedly higher than, say, Picton.

Smaller version of your big box grocery stores. They make nice affordable salads and sandwiches/wraps to go. The bakery is yummy! One stop shop for your basic grocery needs.

Limited selection and very over priced. But this is expected for a small town grocery store. Very friendly service. It will work for odds and ends but if you are doing a large shop do yourself the favor and drive to Picton or Trenton

Call to ask if they would be open Canada day and the lady was so rude on the phone. It’s like I offended her by asking a general question.

I am near my limit with this store! 9 times out of 10 the bill has an error and specials advertised are rarely in stock. Some staff are friendly, some are simply rude!! If it wasn’t for being so close, I would never shop here!
