“I generally reserved NAPA as my last resort. However Haliburton NAPA is far different than ones I'm use to. Prices are respectable and their staff know their products. Large inventory, hose repair, lots of options. Its my go-to now. Keep up the great work !”
“I’ve had my vehicles in for treatment several times times and have always been pleased with the experience. I recently brought my car in for issues with my trailer lighting. They went out of their way to help me out.”

“I walked in knowing absolutely nothing about trailer hitches, and Kaitlyn made the whole thing painless. She walked me through everything, including how to take my own measurements, without ever making me feel dumb for not knowing this stuff already.
We hit a small snag with my appointment time (pretty sure that one was on me, not them), and it landed right in the middle of my kid's camp drop-off window. Instead of just shrugging and rescheduling, Kaitlyn said to come in early, drop the SUV off, and she'd drive my kid and me to camp herself. No missed appointment, no stress, just genuinely above and beyond service.
The hitch itself works great. Thanks to Kaitlyn and the install crew, our weekend went off without a hitch (pun fully intended) and we got the PWC out on the water like we'd planned.
Would absolutely go back.”

“West Guilford auto has been my go-to auto centre since moving to the area 2 years ago. Carm and Spencer are wonderful. They know their trade well and they are honest with pricing. Janet, who is the first person you get to see upon arriving, helps to make this ship run so smoothly. Her friendly demeanour is always a welcome addition to my trips there. Whether it is for a mechanical issue, an oil change or to switch off and on your snow tires, I’d highly recommend West Guilford Auto.”
