Credit card fraud
Dear owner,
On 13/07/24 at 7:03 PM, we visited this location to pump gas. We were attended by W, Siddiqui (if that’s his real name). I asked to prepay at pump 2 for $100 and everything went well, we pumped gas for about $60 and got out of there. I decided to check my credit card statement earlier this evening to find out that I had been charged the entire $100 for that transaction and not a prepaid charge of $100. When I checked the receipt, your emoployee completed the transaction as cash on your machine and charged my credit the $100 without my consent. On the receipt it has been printed it out as a cash transaction and not a credit card transaction. My card has been posted a $100, not a pre-paid authorizated payment. I’ll be escalating this issue to Circle K, Shell and the police, I don’t know how else has been effected with this issue but I hope you will be reaching to reach a resolution about this.

Debit machine is down all the time. Spend some money on your company and buy working stuff. Again the second week in a row more problems at this garbage gas station because the owner is cheap.

Good selection, prices are ridiculous as most convenience stores are, Wheatley needs a small grocery store. Didn't stay, left right away and drove 10 min down the street to a real store

Worst customer service ever. When a lady named Kelly is "working", she completely ignores customers, plays on the computer, talks on her phone, goes outside and smokes. I honestly don't know how they stay in business because her attitude is awful. The owner seems friendly, and I think finding a good employee has been difficult, but this woman is destroying his business one lost customer at a time. I know of several people who stopped going there strictly because they won't waste their time dealing with her.
