Credit card fraud
Dear owner,
On 13/07/24 at 7:03 PM, we visited this location to pump gas. We were attended by W, Siddiqui (if that’s his real name). I asked to prepay at pump 2 for $100 and everything went well, we pumped gas for about $60 and got out of there. I decided to check my credit card statement earlier this evening to find out that I had been charged the entire $100 for that transaction and not a prepaid charge of $100. When I checked the receipt, your emoployee completed the transaction as cash on your machine and charged my credit the $100 without my consent. On the receipt it has been printed it out as a cash transaction and not a credit card transaction. My card has been posted a $100, not a pre-paid authorizated payment. I’ll be escalating this issue to Circle K, Shell and the police, I don’t know how else has been effected with this issue but I hope you will be reaching to reach a resolution about this.

I was relieved to find this Shell gas station opened when the Esso down the street wasn't. Conveniently located about 5 minutes from Wheatley Provincial Park, a Circle K convenience store on site was a plus if you need any snacks etc; though it sure is expensive!The young lady at the register was polite and efficient, while what looked like the manager was sitting in the office instead of helping as a line started to form after someone was purchasing a specific pack of cigarettes.This place has potential and should do better
