Service is getting worst. Walked in 3 staff standing busy chitchatting no hi no hello. Went to look for the printer 3 staff are helping 1 customer . I waited for few minutes got tired and decided to buy the printer after google reviews.. went cash out 4 people standing at cashier had to wait to he called . After that was not even asked if I needed extended warranty. Or not even ask if I want e receipt or paper receipt. When I ask he said what's the email address. Scanned my paper receipt and send it to me . If I wanted that I could have done it myself . Worst service

Loved best buy, a lot. I like to purchase headphones from them, like the skull candy brand. Really good quality. And I also bought a Lenovo brand laptop from them, had it for 5 years and it still works well.

I wonder if they know how to replace Xbox One hard drives with compatible 2TB Solid State Drives is that I am a special needs man cannot do such a task like that. That is my curiosity. If they know how to put 2TB solid state drives in laptops and computers, then perhaps my Xbox One console might be a suggestion if this works this way,

I went in bought a ps5 god of war edition it did not come with GOW so I went back they offered to give me a game key out of another box, couldn’t fine one so they gave me some money back towards the purchase, next day I go in because my controller triggers were slightly sticky and the motor was messing with the left trigger, I will not name the employee who did this because he was not supposed to but he got a brand new controller right out the package for me, I appreciate this level of customer service, I was Honeslty shocked at how nice they are at this location. Very helpful and went above and beyond to cater to my needs, I’m giving it 4 stars because I had to return twice for a purchase that should’ve had everything - this is not best buy’s fault though it is Sony’s fault entirely, customer service I received is 5/5

Needed to buy a mobile phone for a family member. The staff at the mobile phone desk was extremely helpful selecting the phone and finding all the right accessories. We were done super quick.

Geek Squad at this location gave my wife and I new screen protectors for our phones. Carmen was very friendly, did a high quality installation and was knowledgeable about all of the questions we had.

Asked for support shopping for laptops; I narrowed it down to two and then after 20 minutes still no one came to help. Left and got a better laptop for a better price and better customer service at Canada Computers just a couple buildings over.

Purchased an iPad case and screen protector. Asked the sales person if he could install the screen protector and he talked me out of it. Tried it myself and it broke.

Trying to talk to a person was unsucessful. Tired and frustrated navigating thru their push this for that and that for this. Poor service at least for the phone contact. I don't think they have any idea how poor the service is.

Good deal but the employees made the difference. I went in to get a copy of the ps5 with god of war bundle and did not find it on the shelves, just the individual consoles and copy of the games. Asked an attendant, Adam, for help and the poor guy went from one end of the store to another trying to find any in stock. There weren’t but he came back and offered to get a console and copy of GOW to see if he could get an impromptu bundle approved, which was cleared. Left very happy and deeply appreciative of the extra work that Adam put in, made sure to get his name before leaving the store. Will definitely go back.

I never experience in Best Buy rude customer service. I’ve been in money Best Buy in Ontario one of the bad Best Buy. Is that one I shouldn’t give you one star either but I will say zero customer service with this Best Buy. Unfortunately bad customer service very bad customer service.

Bought a headset for my ps5 but when I got home it did not work to my expectations. It was 20 minutes to close and I raced back to the store and made it with 3 minutes to spare and they still let me come in and make an exchange for the pair I was looking for. The service here is mint
