“I had to get a rental while my car was being serviced. First the hertz pricing was by far the best. In some cases half of what the other rentals wanted. Pre paying and booking on line was the way to go. The Oshawa location was fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly, quick, and a pleasure to deal with. The two cars that I rented during this period were very clean and looked to be well maintained. Highly recommend Hertz and this location”

The firm was assigned to attend various areas in western and northern Ontario to deliver badly needed Air Purifiers to several Indigenous Communities due to the recent forest fires.We needed a particular truck from Penske to meet our requirements for the delivery.I attended Penske Truck Rental in Oshawa and spoke to Tivaashan. “Friendly worker, only took max, 15 mins from the time he served me, til I left with the vehicle. Great service, although I wasn't anticipating on paying as much as I did. He said he upgraded me, but I don't think it was for free, as online, it showed the vehicle I selected, was only supposed to be $45 or $47 for the day. Yes, I'd still return.”

“Due to a problem with a delayed return of a truck at another location, i had to resort to a truck at the Whitby location (drove from Scarborough!). Thomas, the manager, was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Not only did we get a more appropriate truck for the rental, he honored the price I had from the other location (even though the "new" truck costed more. Highly recommend Thomas and his staff there.”
