“World-class customer service at Baby Shack! When our top-of-the-line Cybex car seat developed a defect, dealing with manufacturer support turned into a major headache with weeks of expected wait time. Jonathan went completely above and beyond—he stepped in, handled the claim himself, canceled the red tape, and put a brand-new replacement car seat right into my trunk on the spot. Jonathan provided an experience that was truly second to none, and he earned a customer for life. Highly recommend support this local Whitby business!”

“This store is extremely organized and tidy which makes the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. The quality of items they sell are always good, I have never found any with stains or holes etc. I would prefer this location far more than Ajax OUAC which is extremely disorganized and a mess.”

“I love this store, my sister and I always happy because all the staffs and especially the supervisors are helpful to us…they are very friendly and enthusiastic. I recommend this store rather than in Vaughn Mills store, very rude in Vaughn mills location.”

“I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but Rashida (I believe that was her name) made my shopping experience so much easier and enjoyable! She was incredibly helpful, offered great suggestions, and took the time to help me find what I was looking for. Her positive attitude, welcoming personality, and amazing energy really stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they have a great experience. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes shopping feel this effortless and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Rashida, for your excellent customer service and kindness!”

“I went to buy clothes for my son and daughter for back to school. Found a bunch of good prices so obviously Old Navy is good for affordable clothing after I got all the clothes I went to the checkout was willing to pay what they cost. A young lady by the name of Rosie was absolutely incredible. While she was cashing me out, she heard me say to my daughter oh, those are a little more expensive than I thought and she said have you checked online and I said no I haven’t and she let me know that it was possible for the cashiers to check the online all you have to do is ask and she did a quick check and found out that things were cheaper and she saved me nearly $40 not only was this incredible. It will make me go back over and over again because she found a way to save me money and Old Navy a return or frustrated customer because I got a good deal and I save some money. I would highly recommend this Old Navy as they’re clearly trained correctly to help every customer properly and again a huge shout out to Rosie for being an absolutely awesome cashier and making my day extremely fantastic.”

“I love coming to this OUAC always has hidden gems. You have to search but you can find great items here and I find the prices are more competitive than the Whitby location. They have double the space and height therefore the quantity is higher and the cost lower, they don’t have to little product which I find other locations do. The staff are friendly and patience with the amount of product they great pushing out. They serve a huge community and take on a lot. I have found so many great items here. The key with this store is to take the time to look and know the staff are doing their best.”
