I was visiting from out of town and needed to update details on my bank account that I still have. I was told I needed to make an appointment. After waiting in a long queue to deposit the cheque, on the way out the lady (Rhian) who is spoke to earlier went out of her way to make the changes for me because she knew I was leaving the country the next day

I've been banking with CIBC for the last 3 years and I've always exclusively met with Muhammad Siddiqi, he's friendly, helpful and I always look forward to any time I need to meet with him. Thank you Muhammad!

Would give zero stars if I could. Came in on January 18 and dealt with the young Asian girl. Terrible customer service and wasted my time. I’ve been at my workplace for 2 years and deposit the same cheque twice a month. Everyone else is able to release the hold with no issues. Do better CIBC. Hire people who bother to check account history. Will be changing banks very soon, super annoying.

This place is brutally slow. I bank here and TD in Brooklin. I always get out of TD in a few minutes but never out of this branch under 15-20 minutes. Get more tellers please.

Brutal. It's impossible to call and talk to a person. I just had a question. If you do telephone banking you have to enter a PIN. I forgot my PIN so there is no way to continue. No Service in this so-called Customer Service!

I had an issue with their ATM that related to CIBC credit card services but instead I contacted the branch for a resolution. The branch manager Kristin was amazing! She listened to my issue and was sympathetic and went out of her way to help me find a resolution with the credit card company. She was engaging and genuinely cared about my situation. Can’t say enough good things about Kristin and how she handled herself and my issue. Thank you Kristin. Anyone having issues at this branch, reach out to Kristin, she will help you.

I walked in on a Monday afternoon with 2 people ahead of me and while waiting to go to the teller atleast 10 more people lined up behind and there were only 2 tellers working at the time and we thought another teller would come so there'd be 3 for the line--up UT instead 1 teller went for lunch and another came to replace them. Good customer service would have been that the teller waited to take her break after all the customers had been served. There were several elderly people having to wait in line atleast half an hour.

I’ve been banking with CIBC for over 10 years, and am also a former employee of CIBC. However, I had a very unpleasant experience today, July 17th with a FSR/teller named Rhonda. The requested service was incredibly straightforward - to send a physical copy of my bank statement to my mailing address. The FSR was not able to comprehend the task easily and had to be told repeatedly what was required and why. She also couldn’t understand that my phone number had to be updated in the system. All extremely basic client activities. In addition, she had a dismissive and unpleasant attitude, expressing annoyance at proving the most basic service and demonstrating that I (a client) was bothering her or distracting her while I was one of two customers in the entire branch at that time.
The customer service at this branch is absolutely unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I will be placing a complaint officially through the complaints line.
