This was our second visit to the kingdom of positive vibes and energy, and it was just as wonderful as the first. We were greeted by an adorable little puppy whose barks were endearing, not annoying. He seemed eager to jump out of his area and play with us. The owner also greeted us while simultaneously dealing with another customer. However, she ensured we were well cared for and did her best to cater to everyone who walked in.
A young lady also arrived later and ensured we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. The owner then assisted us in finding what we were looking for and guided what would be appropriate for our needs.
What we love about this store is its friendliness, warmth, exceptional customer care, and impressive knowledge. They offer a wide range of crystals and spiritual items compared to other crystal shops. The pictures posted with the review say it all! They truly go above and beyond to help you find what you need spiritually.
Both ladies did a fantastic job looking after us, and the little puppy enjoyed our company. It happily played around without barking, likely due to the store's visitors.
To the owners of Crystal Bliss Inc., your hard work shines through??
Keep spreading your love and wisdom! Someday, we will return to visit you from Toronto. ??❤️

My favorite crystal store which offers way more then just crystals they take the time to get to know you and make recommendations that are very helpful. There is something special about this store and the family who own it. All I can say is my life has improved since walking into this store. Oh and ask about the legend of the "secret stone"!!

There is truly something magical about this store! Whether it's the high quality gems & charms, or the amazing family that runs it I can't say.. but I will say it's one of downtown Whitby's hidden treasures.
I've brought my Mom, Son and various friends in, and everyone falls in love with the great energy that is always present at Crystal Bliss!

I recently visited Crystal Bliss Inc. and had an exceptional experience! This family-run business truly stands out. They are very knowledgeable and shared their valuable insights, making the whole experience very personal and informative. When you walk into the shop, you will appreciate how the shop itself is impeccably well kept, organized, clean, and filled with positive energy. It's clear that they care deeply about their customers and the products they offer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products and a warm, welcoming environment. My first and only visit there will not be going back.
While the store is cute and quaint the young lady at the till was not very warm Or welcoming.
My friend and I walked in we were not greeted by anyone all we heard was a little dog barking.
My friend was looking at some crystals she chose a couple of them... One of which was a quartz point. My friend already had chosen it and was buying it and she was having some pain in her hip so she was Tapping ever so lightly onto her leg and that was helping with the pain.
The young lady at the till Quite abruptly told my friend to stop doing that she doesn't mind if she looks but not too tap the crystal on her person.
First of all that kind of attitude brings out a very negative vibe especially when you are in a crystal store so you should not feel unwelcome in one. And the lack of customer service from that young woman turned me off so I didn't buy anything even though I may have done so if the environment was actually welcoming.Final note to the owner if you were the gentleman that we saw please make sure that your little store has positive energy and by that I mean whoever is working for you when someone comes into your little store greet your customer politely sweetly warmly. I can only assume you would like to have people feel welcomed and appreciate it when going into your store. Who knows maybe someday we may come and visit again but not for a very long time.

Love this crystal store, not only because it emits great positive energy but also because the staff makes this place feel like home. It is a cozy little corner that has many options on high-grade crystals, incense, books, natural soaps, custom-made jewelry options, as well as excellent professional and friendly services to make each of my trips, worthwhile. A place worth exploring!

Beautiful store with the biggest selection of tarot Ive ever seen in any mystical shop .. by far. Wide variety of other items Ive never seen before as well. Prices are pretty reasonable prices, friendly staff and the singing bowl at the end of your purchase is a beautiful touch ?

A lovely place to visit and shop for gemstones, crystals, incense etc. Corina, Matilda and family are always welcoming and so very helpful. I just love this place!
