Very clean shop , staff are friendly and willing to help . Lot of new selection of toys for kids. The price is good as most of it is 1.75 unlike dollarrama where the price goes upto $5.

Not the best location I've been to. Not a huge amount of selection for cute little trinkets etc. But overall its a great place. Big D could never beat these prices and they carry so many dupes to everyday products that are literally the exact same and do the exact same thing. Check it out you won't be dissapointed!

This location is absolutely fantastic. The staff that work here are so happy, friendly, polite and just over all amazing. Shout outs to Jenn, Jess, the older gentleman, the guy who I mostly see on weekends and even the young teens who work here. The store may be smaller than some locations but I promise you the staff make it worthwhile and the items they sell are great prices, ranging from $1.50 to $3.00. They have a wide assortment of helium balloons for all occasions at great prices. The store is always clean and you see the staff always sweeping, making sure aisles are looking there best so you can find everything you’re looking for. There seasonal items are also great. Definitely recommend this location. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would!

Went into the store today to pick up some helium grad balloons. Upon arriving there, I did not see any so I asked the cashier Heather if they have any grad balloons. She proceeded to tell me nope no grad balloons in a rude tone and then told me that the ones on the counter were a pre-order. I didn’t even ask about the ones on the counter. I could see they were for someone else. When I said to her nicely.l that I didn’t know you could preorder the balloons. She rudely told me “yes, you always can preorder the balloons”. I told her I didn’t know that. And she started to be even more rude. She then pointed out which balloons were available and then just blew up a multicoloured congrats balloon without me asking her, saying, so you want this one. I didn’t even ask her to blow up anything. When I told her I didn’t want that I’m still deciding, maybe I’ll check another dollar tree. She looked annoyed and threw it into the cage and walked off saying all the other dollar trees are sold out too and that she doubted if I could find any at any of the other stores and that I would have had to preorder. And that maybe another store like party city would have them cuz other customers preordered the ones she has already. This was so incredibly rude and uncalled for. she was not helpful at all. I then told her I didn’t know that you could preorder. If I did, I would have and she ignore that and said nothing. Like a simple sign that said preorder balloons available (generally) or grad balloons sold out (at this point) would have been helpful on the store’s part. And as for her, a simple sorry, we ran out would have sufficed. Instead of all the rudeness I was met with today. Normally, I don’t have any problems when I come into this store but today I was so very disappointed in the lack of service and communication skills.

This location is much smaller in comparison to other dollar trees in Durham. I find thst they don't have nowhere near the amount of stock as the other DT locations
