Great variety of shoes and it's a large store. No customer service on the floor so you are on your own! The women's washroom is disgusting, dirty toilet filfty, toilet paper all over the floor. Soap dispenser low on soap. Very messy needs a really good clean. Three staff came out of employees door and didn't even acknowledge me. Not impressed at all! Get it together!

A large show store. Currently there's a Black Friday sale. Has a variety of shoes. From sneakers, to runners, to snow shoes, etc. has children's shoes and adult shoes. Has shoes from a variety of brands (Sketchers, Converse, Sorel etc). They also have membership here with some membership benefits (didn't look too closely).
Overall, pricey as hell. Where are the deals?
Even though they did have a "Black Friday Sale", not much was actually on sale. Most of the shoes, from a glance, was actually at full price. To be honest, I think they jacked up the price and then slapped on the Black Friday Sale sign just to lower back down to regular prices, considering how pricey these shoes were.

Very disappointed in the customer service. It's the second time in a month that I purchased multiple pairs of shoes/boots.
I believe that customer service 101 is to say Hello or at least look at the client that is waiting to pay for items. I was at this location on Friday this past week, and the consultant at the cash was busy pricing or doing online orders . Never lifted her head and looked or even acknowledged me. Liette was the name badge she had on. It seemed as though I was inconveniencing her by wanting to pay for 3 NOT 1 but 3 pairs of shoes.
I will not go back to this location again. The staff in Ajax are welcoming and want to assist me while I check out at the cash.

This is Birkenstock "Eva" at clearance price. The original price of this is $75. They're selling this @ higher price so that when the blue tag is applied, you'll pay the same original amount. What a scam.

I got three pair of shoes! They were very nice and then we used the shoe fitter. I recommend this store for shopping for shoes.
The staff there told us where were the cleats.

The customer service in this store is always troublesome. The workers seems to run away from customers but today they ignored my 12 year old boy who was trying to make his own purchase and that is unacceptable. The supervisor on the floor and an other cashier were trying to return shoes purchased online from an other customer ignoring my son who waited in line quietly for SEVERAL minutes. When the "supervisor" finally called him to cash out, she raised her finger to say 1 min and went back to help the other custome... leaving my son once again waiting. Then a young lady joined the line and she immediately came to cash out my son. I asked her why she ignored us so long and only acknowledge us when an other person joined the line and she said that she's was not supposed to be working out of 2 till. I added that this was unacceptable and was very frustrated with her non exciting customer service. I wish to be contacted asap about this incident.

This place is seriously overpriced. For a warehouse that's selling two-three years ago styles, they should be offering clearance prices, and they dont. There were no leather slippers at Christmas time, only suede. Most disappointing shoe shopping I have recounted yet! I won't be back !
