I come here to wash my larger comforters, small area rugs, floor runners and a dog bed. It’s very clean and I feel safe. There is always an attendant in the store who is very helpful. The kind older gentleman was there for me when I started the washer and realized I hadn’t put in my soap pods. I was just laughing with him when he offered me some liquid soap which didn’t require me to open the already started machine. Great customer service. I will continue to come here as necessary even though I live in Courtice. There is a change machine and plenty of larger washers and dryers.

Extremely clean and my favorite laundromat. I travel from Courtice to here whenever I need to use a laundromat. And Ayaz was extremely helpful and polite. Definitely the place to go!! Thanks for all your help!

I am very pleased with this service. At first I was a bit skeptical, however, my skepticism was totally unfounded. I've used their delivery service twice now for 2 really large laundry orders.
My laundry was washed, folded & bagged neatly. Customer service is good, 24 hour turn around time, pick up & drop off prompt, cost effective.
I will continue using this service and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I was looking for a laundromat and found this gem of a place. It is EXTREMELY CLEAN and TIDY!! The machines are clean and they smell good. There is a seating lounge while you wait. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming! The owner, Ayaz, is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. There is also a laundry/dry cleaning service as well; for people that are busy and on the go or for those who simply don't like doing laundry ?
This is the place to be to get your laundry cleaned!

I should have written this review many many months ago but fell ill and wasn't able to even make a phone call. My experience with this business and the gentleman that owns it has been something that we as a community don't see anymore but really need for all of us to feel a sense of overall well being and knowing that not just your laundry is being cared for, but yourself from one human to another is being cared for. That is what life is about isn't it? Now please do not put upon this man what I did...I had just recently moved all my belongings which weren't much to Whitby and just before I moved, I went to throw some garbage in a bin near my old place and noticed about 15 or so labeled black garbage bags that indicated that they had meant to be picked up by a local charity that provides clothing to those in need. Having been homeless at one point in my life myself, there was no way I could turn my back and let all those clothes get thrown away with so many in need...so I moved them with me. They had been outside for a while so some were I'm sure pretty gross. Anyways I called this man half an hour before closing and ask him if he does wash, dry and fold as I was in a position at that time to pay for that. He said of course and I explained I was coming with 30 or so bags of dirty laundry but I might be a few minutes after he closes.No problem was the answer...well there was a few more problems that came along. First of all 5 different uber drivers refused to take me even though I ordered the extra big Uber. Finally I called Circle taxi and up rolls Eva who said "let's do this" and helped me load up half the bags from floor to ceiling (we had to do 2 trips) we pull up to the (wrong) laundromat and the guy refused to take my laundry even though they are open until midnight and do wash, dry, and fold. It didn't matter anyways as I had made a commitment with the man who was now staying open really late for me. Despite me being half hour late and still having to go back and get the second load from storage, I was welcomed as if I was bringing him bags of money, and was of no inconvenience to him. Unlike the other, lazy, complacent laundromat my business was welcomed and wanted there. Nobody wants to spend money at a business that doesn't appreciate your business. While he was weighing up all the laundry he said he didn't think it would all be ready the next day lollol...in the few minutes I spent with him I got a real good sense of a genuine hard working family man. He was so excited to get home to his wife and to her cooking he had a smile from ear to ear. We talked about the local, and world news and we walked out together and he closed the lights to his shop so he could get home to his family. He even asked me if I needed a ride somewhere and almost insisted he stay until my cab came. Long story not so short I get really sick amd get a diagnosis of 2 autoimmune diseases that landed me in hospital so my laundry sat there taking up probable most of his space for many many months. There were no harassing calls for me to come get my laundry and I knew in my heart that he likely had the legal right to dispose of my items after 90 days or something, but knew in my heart that my items would be there for me and when I called he happily told me everything was OK and wished me good health. Why would I EVER go to another laundromat?!?! Trust me on this one....and I rarely write reviews but this one was long overdue. THANK YOU!!!! 5 stars across the board. See you soon!

Have been coming here for years and recently had to look for a new laundromat because of female employees behaviour. She very rudely stated the hot water wasn’t working to which I replied ok. Then she started screaming at me about if I had a problem with her I could go somewhere else. I have never said more than ok to this lady but everytime I go in there’s always an issue since she started working there. She spends majority of time socializing and smoking right outside the door. This was the last straw for me, unfortunate that I’ve been coming here for years prior to her getting hired on and now I have to search for a new place because she’s unprofessional and hostile to customers who aren’t her friends.

So far, the best laundrymat in Oshawa. Clean, good machines, reasonable prices, and great customer service. Carol was friendly, and she kept the place clean...so Thank U Carol!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Machines work well. The only complaint really are the coin slots. It can take many tries just to put your money in.

Terrible place, machine not working properly. Multiple time I put money and machine doesn’t work, when I tried to get the money back, it’s gone, when I asked the worker, she didn’t even bother to come and help. When I got frustrated , I was told no need to yell ? she said, I didn’t see you put money, I told her no one lies about a dollar or two but this is interfering with my ability to complete the task.
