He did some amazing investigative work despite having very little information to go on, and was able to print me a copy that I could submit for my manufacturer warranty. Many other people would have thought it impossible and might have given up, but he really put in the extra steps to do this for me and I am SO SO SO grateful. I even asked if I could get a manager contact to make sure he got recognized, but he humbly said it wasn't necessary. Every other employee I interacted with was also very kind and courteous.
