“The Best Buy Whitby customer service desk, especially an associate named Ty, really went above and beyond in helping me with pulling up an invoice from over a year and a half ago. He did some amazing investigative work despite having very little information to go on, and was able to print me a copy that I could submit for my manufacturer warranty. Many other people would have thought it impossible and might have given up, but he really put in the extra steps to do this for me and I am SO SO SO grateful. I even asked if I could get a manager contact to make sure he got recognized, but he humbly said it wasn't necessary. Every other employee I interacted with was also very kind and courteous. “It was a little later arriving then the estimated time but it was well worth the wait it’s a wonderful recliner my grandmother loves it and I’m happy to that she’s comfortable thank you to the brick associate who helped us pick out our recliner hopefully it lasts a long time but thankfully we have a warranty and I was told they come fix it at your home which is great from my experience I’d recommend people to shop at the brick”
