I needed a car to travel the U.S. I booked through an online agent. When I got to Enterprise, the suv was smaller than I thought. For a 7 hour drive , with two kids, it was going to be a challenge. Nick and his team are amazing. Without hesitation, Nick told us cars were coming back throughout the day and he would give us a better option. They picked me up from hockey and had me out in 10 mins with a larger SUV that made our trip enjoyable. Enterprise Whitby is my first choice. Thank you Nick and the Enterpriae team.

Everyone involved provided great customer service, they drove me to the bank so I can reset my CC pin, they allowed me to drop it off on the weekend 2 hours past my deadline, they checked in on my during my rental period and they also reversed a small fuel charge that was generated due to new technology. Sorry but I don't remember everyone's names but I think there was a Nick, CJ and female that was quite courteous. I'll be back should I ever need a rental. I hope the employees see this review, they deserve the recognition.

Big shout out to Thomas Chorley! He was extremely pleasant and courteous! He was able to secure us a rental truck promptly despite the short notice over a long weekend. He made our move much easier! Hats off to Thomas and Enterprise for their exceptional service and management at the Dundas location in Whitby! ðŸ¤

Rented a car through this location for an extended period of time. The service was exceptional we had two issues with the rentals and both times they were quick to swap the vehicles and the process was seamless . Everyone we dealt with at this location was friendly and eager to help.

Twas our first time to rent a car with Enterprise. Trying to find the closest branch near my place happened to be at Dundas and amazingly, we never regretted a bit. The staff gave the best service a first-timer customer could ever get. Cat and Katura were just awesome! Aaron also brought us home safely! What else can we ask for! Overall, we got an A+ service with Enterprise! Me and my family will definitely go back to Dundas branch again and re-rent! Did i mention the vehicle was suave too? All the very best to you guys! Apologies if I haven't mentioned anyone.
My sister from Alberta visiting Whitby was treated very well.
I was in a last minute university move emergency today on a Friday of the big university exodus.
CJ came to the rescue.
Katrina took the time to ask about our student, what school etc
Took interest.
Beyond regular business and I was treated with care and respect.
Thank you to all who work at this location.
Frontline customer service is a challenge to satisfy folks these days and you truly excel at what you do.
