I must say I’m shocked at the negative reviews for this place. I come here almost everyday and never have a problem with the people who work here. The gas is slightly cheaper than most places near by. When I get a car wash the older gentleman will hook me up with a discount sometimes.

Very bad experience at this Circle K. The management here is terrible, and the employees are completely unprofessional. The customer service is awful - it feels like nobody cares about treating customers with respect. This location really needs serious attention from Circle K's head office because many people are having bad experiences here. The way this place is being run is unacceptable. I honestly can't believe how poorly managed it is.

I visited an Esso gas station and experienced an issue with overcharging. I paid for fuel using my card, but the receipt machine was not functioning at the time of the transaction. A few days later, upon reviewing my account, I noticed that I had been charged nearly double the amount of fuel I had actually purchased.
When I contacted the gas station for clarification, I was informed that transactions made at the pump are not recorded in their system and are sent directly to the company. I requested if they could obtain a transaction statement from the company to explain the discrepancy, but was told this was not possible. They advised me to dispute the charge through my bank; however, my bank was unable to proceed without a receipt.
As a result, I received no support or reimbursement. I strongly recommend that this matter be looked into, and at the very least, that all payment equipment especially receipt machines be maintained and kept in working order to avoid similar issues for other customers.

Most of the staff members are usually nice. I don't know what was wrong with the cashier working at 12:00 pm Tuesday, August 13. He suddenly started talking rude to me because I was parking my car at one of the spot. I told him if you need that spot and my car is parked, you can just let me know and I'll move. Later he gave me warning to try to park tomorrow and if it is more than 5 minutes, he'll issue me ticket. I was like it is a parking spot, not specifically assigned to anyone with no sign. What wrong am I doing? I can understand if they need space for some work and I was totally ok with moving my car but can't understand him ordering me to never park there. Told me he is the owner. I don't think he was acting like owner or manager. I've a video of him unnecessarily being angry at me while I was just trying to put my point that if the spot is not assigned to anyone and if there is no sign, and if the spots are empty, we can park. It is not a private property as it is a gas station. You can't get angry on me because my point make sense. Huh.
Also, faked a call to cops telling me you see what I'll do now. I said ok call them. I know my rights, I didn't do anything wrong, I'll wait for them to come. So, he finally said "don't harass me and leave. Just leave." So, I left.
If the owner or manager is reading this, please double check. I'm ready to come and discuss if needed or even if cops are called. Everything is recorded on your camera as well. Parking at an empty spot is not big of a deal to call cops. Specially when I actually bought something and have been filling up my tank every night here. I've the full recorded video in my phone as well but just posting the picture as I don't want this small issue to become a big deal and other people working here are always polite and friendly.
If you see this guy working, perhaps it is a better idea to go to Shell which is just on the opposite side. The staff there is always very friendly and welcoming.

I went to that gas station 3 in the morning and the guy didnt open the door for us and he was working in front of door and he pretending like he didnt saw us and then we knock at door and he noded that gas station is closed.. they need to train there employes
