Well stocked , very very very clean , I waS very pleased to shop there , I asked the employee for coconut water , she went out of her way to show me, amazing ? service, definitely recommend this shop to everyone

Having to find a quarter to get a shopping cart in 2024 is sooooo ghetto. Who is running around with loose change? We have plastic and tap. This has to stop. I walked out of store with a hand basket and went to my car. If I can do that with a basket, why the hell am I forced to find a quarter to use a cart. Other than this you would get a 5.

Giving 2 stars for customer service. David was talking with lady at cash went and stood in line behind her waiting 5 minutes they stop talking and she walks away and cash isn’t opened. He seen me standing there in line and couldn’t say I’m not opened. Then when I ask why didn’t you say anything he just completely ignored me. Went to next cash where lady was trying to price match and the cashier didn’t know what she was doing so we had to wait for David to come. He took his time to do it with a smirk on his face. No wonder it’s always empty and people go across the street now

It’s next to impossible to find fresh produce, not to mention dairy and meat that hasn’t gone bad. Prices have increased, which is understandable but for what you’re paying I’d suggest going elsewhere and not waste your time. At least it would justify the cost.

Staff is miserable and unhelpful, everyone is better off going to the Longos across the street for much better produce, non-rotten meat and better customer service. Whoever deals or manages the meat dept should be trained or find an easier job than basic retail considering the amount of rotten meat that is sold here

I am surprised that why this freshco doesn't have corn flour of brar or sher company the big packet of 20lb. I request to have the big packet of corn flour. I have celiac disease so when I try to purchase corn flour of small packet then it is written on the packet that it may contain wheat. How can corn flour have wheat.

Below par customer service at billing counters. Please give some customer service training to your billing counter executives. If you’re doing a price match don’t fool people in the name of it. In todays digital age no one is gonna carry a flyer. I displayed the price from the app which shows real time prices but I guess the agent didn’t know what real time means. Never gonna visit here.

Cooked chicken on warmer sitting for over 6 hours and is not removing it or discount for quick sell. Talked to the boy who worked at this dept and he has zero idea of food safety. He kept such product on shelf. Today is Sept 3, 6:30 pm. Chicken cooked at 12:33 pm. Pathetic.

EDIT: Be very careful of purchasing chicken from here. Today was the second time I opened a package of chicken thighs and they smelled rotten and were slimy. I unfortunately lost the receipt so I had to toss them and $13.00. Last time I opened a package of chicken wings about a month ago they were rotten. When I called the store to let them know about this, I was asked to return the rotten chicken wings to the store which I did and did get a refund. Also, went to self checkout the other day and had a lot of items which all scanned properly but after I paid and went to leave the cashier strolled over to me and asked to see my receipt. She asked me if I had trouble scanning and I said "no" and then she asked for my receipt because she said some items I scanned didn't show up on her screen which is not my problem. I did show her even though I didn't have to. I felt like I was being accused of theft which I don't appreciate when I'm shopping there at least 3 times a week and pay a lot for groceries. She claims she was looking for the chilli seasoning. As if I paid over a $150 for all the groceries including meat and of all the items I would try to steal one packet of taco seasoning? Just ridiculous. If you're going to have the self-checkout option and then want to pretend you're not accusing someone of theft when you ask for their receipt when really you are, then get rid of self-checkout. I've been a loyal customer here for many years so I really didn't appreciate this interaction. I'm starting to think it's time to shop elsewhere if they can't have good quality control on their meat products, especially chicken, which could make someone seriously ill if it's gone bad. Also, some of these over-zealous condescending cashiers need to get a grip and need training on how to speak to customers respectfully.I’ve been shopping here for years. Never had an issue until lately. Although the selection is good most of the time, some cashiers are very kind and some are extremely rude to customers and I unfortunately met a rude one today. Usually only 1 or 2 checkouts open and long lines. Went in yesterday and had about 10 items, self checkout was closed (don’t know why you would close that down?) so I went to express to ask the cashier who was wiping baskets if it was open and she just glared at me and didn’t respond. Sorry I’m asking you a question but it was in fact open, because when I said okay never mind and went to the next open lane, she purposely told the guy behind me in line that he could go over and glared at me again. They are supposed to take the next person in line when they open up which was clearly me but for some reason she wanted to completely ignore me. What a bad attitude and for what? Entitled and rude. Sorry lady your job is to serve customers, you don’t like it, stay home. Miserable people out there thinking their lives are so hard because they have to serve customers and sanitize some baskets without thinking about what other people may be going through during this difficult time. She should be let go for that attitude, no one deserves to be treated that way.
