“I was in the Whitby Rona Thursday this week and had a fantastic interaction. I was looking for a new toilet seat. I had walked by numerous aisles with no luck at spotting anything and a gentleman who was setting up a vanity for display noticed me looking. He asked if I needed any assistance and I explained what I was looking for and he directed me to the end of the aisle, where they were located. I did not like the price of the toilet seats there so I started to leave the store. He saw me leaving without anything in my hand and stopped me to see if everything was okay. If he could help me further. I explained I didn’t want to spend that much on the seats that were there. He asked me to give him a minute and proceeded to take time out of what he was doing to find another spot in the store where there were some less expensive toilet seats in a bin that I had not noticed. He found the one I was looking for and brought it right over to me. He could’ve just let me walk out, but he didn’t. He stopped me to make sure everything was OK. It was exceptional customer service, service that you don’t get very often anymore. I asked his name in case I was asked to take a survey. His name was Johnathan and he was fabulous. So this review is a shout out to Johnathan for going the extra mile for me because it was so thoughtful and appreciated.”
“This hardware store is stuffed with all the common hardware items you are likely to need. I have had custom glass cut there ! I go here first before heading to the big American store! The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I have been going here for half a lifetime.”
“We came in to get an appliance and Sultan helped us throughout the process. We had hesitations on a few items regarding the appliance itself, but he was able to clear it up for us and we ended up purchasing the appliance. He had mentioned it was a competitive price and we did shop around and found that to be the case as well. He was friendly, helpful, and made choosing our new appliance smooth.”
“Went in for wood pellets. Had excellent customer service from one of their employees. He was very nice and helpful. He helped me load the pellets into my cart, take them to the register and to my car. Ab absolute gentleman. Wonderful store as well, one of the better Home Hardwares.”

“Made my first phone call today to Noble for a simple shower cartridge. Something that seems to be way over priced everywhere else… the guys told me to come in and they would have what I need. I left without paying anything and I couldn’t be more thankful. I will be back to bring these guys some coffee.”
“Great place to shop for tools...is not the top brand names but the tools are very strong I can say that...as have been using there tools for years...and I have no complain...and the prices are unbeatable...i would say you get more for your money...and it does the same thing the top brands does.”
“Extremely accommodating staff, very friendly and went above and beyond when I purchased the little Napoleon bbq that comes assembled (!) but wouldn't quite fit in my car. Best price in Durham region btw. They just popped it in their van and delivered it to my door no charge! Shout out to Ray Anne and her manager. Service is unsurpassed!”
“OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE …!!!
MY husband and I walked into this store looking for items to build a tent for our toddlers room. We apparently went into the wrong aisle and immediately a super nice gentlemen walked up to us and asked if we needed any assistance . After minutes of conversation he was able to help us and directed us to where we needed to go get the items we were looking for.
This gentleman ( MICHAEL) was complete knowledge of every single aisle. His CUSTOMERS service was amazing and it was a pleasure. MICHAEL if you ever read this one day please continue to be the wonderful person you are. I live all the way In Brampton but will drive all the way to Oshawa because of your outstanding performance and customer service.”
“The team at Sesco is always polite/ friendly and puts me first as a customer. They always have stock of what I need and if for some reason they do not they will always find a way to get it quick and efficiently without putting me out for time. As a electrical GC downtime is never option and its great to have the trust that the staff always have my back. Keep up the great work!”
