“I have been shopping here for a little over a year, but today really seals it for me. The people are not only knowledgeable, but they are real. From a new guy letting me know that his buddy knew more than him, then staying to learn as well. To people knowing exactly where something is to the exact height level you'd be at(I was shocked). Even the cashiers(?) Are always helping out out in the self checkout and are a delight But today? Today I had the runaround with customer support online(garbage in comparison btw) and was told to call the store that had nothing to do with the error in my order. Even though they didn't even touch the product that I had an issue with(online order) they still went out if their way to help me out. Colleen you are truly awesome Oh and in general the deals are good too, lumber is hit or miss, but that's a supply problem not a store issue. And I can't seem to go in there without buying something, but that's probably like a lot of us.”

The folks working check in if they see me, and help if I need it, but are happy to let me do my thing as well. They keep it well organised and the bathroom was clean when I went in.
