I went here for 4 years, first year I made it through perfectly then covid hit and it turned online, I did well for the 8 months but the final four months I got appendicitis but hospital didn’t find out it was appendicitis until a year after very very harsh pains causing me to be unable to attend school for much of the last two years I was in highschool, it got so bad I was on the verge of quitting many many times from the pressure caused by teachers and students. I will say 99% of the people there are good teachers and students but the wood shop teacher he tried comparing his autism to my adhd when I had trouble working, that’s not only disrespectful but disgraceful, as teachers they should know not everyone is the same, one person with adhd isn’t the same as another person with adhd. Another thing when I was able to attend with my hurting stomach I was in “guitar”class with a music teacher who doesn’t even play guitar. Imagine how excited I was to play my guitar I’ve been building only to be told the teacher can’t even play himself. Now I wouldn’t ever say the school environment was horrible but it has flaws, biggest one is not fixing flaws.
I do want to say thank you to Mr aken, both mis gardeners for being good teachers and thank you to guidance. Principals I do think should try better. I believe a few of the teachers were Karen’s when it came to things, one teacher would talk about how she wouldn’t allow her kid to even play video games, or anything like that, she is a helicopter mom and her son and rest of her kids is going to have ptsd from her actions - blond 5,4 lady in the special needs class as a extra helper, you didn’t help only gave snarky comments about peoples work and lives

The staff and teachers and students including the principal and vice principal here are very nice! Plus, Mr. Loveless is one of my favourite teachers of all time in my classroom especially the EAS are nice as well too, especially Miss Duggan, Miss Amos, Miss Sherri and Miss K let’s not forget Mrs. Gillard as well too including Mrs Doran and Mrs Malcolm

The bathrooms in this school are so dirty, the hallways aren't very wide, you always bumping with students during lunch and after school. Majority of teachers are annoying and frustrating. There were few good teachers. Ac barely works. The wifi is trash. I am not in this school anymore because i graduated but this school was ghetto yo it was unbelievable.

Pretty mid school, should have Halal options for food. they’re really bad at investing. They invested in a winter dance.Shout out leader ship council for putting in so much effort into it. However that was an Ok investment٫ but school needs invest in ac cuz some people legit fainted last yeah Cuz of how hot it was. the best teacher is Mr. McKay. Please never retire before my graduation. They did a cool haunted house. One time was a part of it. Super fun.

I like the website of the school. Almost everything is present systematically on their website. I saw other school's website, I could not find much information about courses. Actually I was looking for a good school in Durham region for my kid.

Back in Nov 2016 me and our Austin volleyball team played against the saints in the 1/4 finals and the hawks in the semi finals. It was a very good game.

Every time I entered the school I heard boss music. Honestly besides that the school was decent. The school is in the shape of an " H " and its honestly pre gamer and I would recommend that they change it to a lowercase one just cuz the boss only knows to go to the uppercase H so this would really heckin bamboozle em. - rep, no chungus

I was at Henry street for rivalry week and let's just say that this school looks alot better then anderson and the student and way more behaved than anderson students
