“I visited the Michaels store in Whitby last week, and the customer service was absolutely excellent. A staff member who was stocking the aisles kindly helped me find what I needed, and at checkout, the cashier asked if I was able to find everything — something I don’t often hear these days.
A couple of days later, I realized I had lost my gold chain while running errands. It means a lot to me — it’s a symbol of my wedding. I retraced all the stores I had visited and finally came back here. To my surprise and relief, the cashier recognized me and told me they had found my chain! ? I couldn’t hold back my tears.
I was overwhelmed with gratitude and emotion, and in that moment, I forgot to ask her name. She truly felt like a motherly presence — kind, caring, and so genuine. I can’t thank her enough for her honesty and compassion. Michaels Whitby has truly outstanding customer service and team members who go above and beyond. ?”

“I heard about this site from Reddit from a guy and honestly was not expecting much. I have tried all the main sites such as dolly's, cardbrawlers, etc, to secondary sites such as scuffed cards, duelistkingdom, etc.
This site not only meets the others in terms of user friendly interface, but IMO surpasses them all. They had tons of stock on cards I've not seen anyone else have such as hino kagu, crystal clear wing, etc.
The staff seems extremely Friendly and competent and overall was just simply a very seamless experience for me where I've had some annoyances from, other sites such as troll and toad or cardbrawlers.”
“I normally go to the Barrie location for all my camera purchases/questions but I just found out there’s a location closer to me in Oshawa!! The staff at this location are absolutely lovely and so welcoming. They answered all my questions and even gave me suggestions to help my camera set up become even better!! Highly highly recommend coming here to buy cameras, equipment, lights, mics, or even if you have a few questions that you need help with on your pre existing purchases. They are able to help free of charge! xx ❤️”
“Anytime I've been here, it's been a good experience. Staff is helpful whenever they are around (sorry to the worker today who thought I fell when I was just looking for something I accidentally kicked under a shelf ? and thanks for helping me reteieve it). I hardly make returns but the one recently went smooth. Also love the self checkout system there, it's much faster for me and less anxiety inducing than a cashier (even though they're all nice!). Lots of clearance and sales items it's hard to leave with just the items I came for.”
