“Anytime I've been here, it's been a good experience. Staff is helpful whenever they are around (sorry to the worker today who thought I fell when I was just looking for something I accidentally kicked under a shelf ? and thanks for helping me reteieve it). I hardly make returns but the one recently went smooth. Also love the self checkout system there, it's much faster for me and less anxiety inducing than a cashier (even though they're all nice!). Lots of clearance and sales items it's hard to leave with just the items I came for.”

Blank t-shirt seach sorting at this store seems disorganized and in my ignorance of first visit to this location I needed someone to explain to me. Where is signage, beyond the box?
Further the top shelf can't be seen whether empty and therefore have to tilt to see
. There adjustments to shelf or display such as top shelf tilled toward (so people don't have to tilt the boxes to see or someone has to search for a ladder or stool just to see)

Michael's online -
Inaccurate inventory, which retail in general - 1 unit left in-stock is questionable accuracy - so I went to the location to verify and it was, confirmed, not in-store.
If this was left to the systems and ordered online the order seemingly would not have been fulfilled and then refunded. Further then the other items wouldn't have been discovered and purchased.
People made the difference, helping assist and made valued contributions along with utilizing tools and technology

“I purchased a floating frame from Michael's, the clips for said frame seemed to require a knowledge of quantum physics, the instructions were vague at best, the clips were flimsy. After involving a multitude of family and friends, utilizing Google to no avail, I decided to return to Michael's. Chaetoni and Lilli were truly incredible, not only did they take the time to figure out the hellish attachments, they also cleaned the glass, centered the painting in the frame, and finally I left the store with the finished product and we successfully mounted the painting. I just want to give a huge shoutout to those two staff both for the professionalism, patience and a genuine willingness to help. 10/10 would suffer through solving the mystery of the floating frame with Chaetoni and Lilli again.”

“This place is so much fun!

I have been coming here for just over 2 years now and have made many wonderful friends. The callers and runners are lovely Andy, Jane, Austin, Steph, Al, Tammy, Paul, Patti, Karen and all of the kind charity workers who sell you your cards.

Not only has bingo been a great hobby to pass the time, it’s truly about getting in touch with community and catching up with old friends.

If you are someone that is inclined to go overboard, once you get a big win… it definitely changes things for you so be cautious with your spending- just bring enough to enjoy yourself!!

Also, bring lots of drinks and snacks- you will need them 😉🫶🏻”
