Called to ask about curtains and if they have a certain width. I was told they dont answer questions on over the phone. I will never go here. If you can't even answer a question why the hell would I spend my money in your store.

Stopped by last night looking for a Dutch oven and needing to return an item I wasn’t sure would qualify. I didn’t catch the names of the two ladies who helped me, but I wish I had — they were outstanding! Their genuine kindness made the entire experience a pleasure. It’s rare these days to come across such attentive and caring customer service. They truly made my day and are a huge credit to the store. Thank you both for going the extra mile!

Great big store, so happy I could bring my dog in with me to peruse the merchandise! Lots of beautiful furniture and products, some even on clearance. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Aisles are uncluttered and also well-maintained. A definite place to stop in Oshawa for unique home essentials!

Great finds throughout the store and lots of selection for outdoor living for patios, decks, sunrooms, balconies...etc.
Don't forget to check out the food section...I always find specialty snacks and other goods there.

Winners cousin. No, really. They literally have almost the exact same products. The home products are exactly the same. HomeSense doesn't have clothing but they do have a lot of home related products, just like Winners.
They have a small kitchen/food aisles. Just like Winners. They also have a lot of Hello Kitty merchandise. Just like Winners.
There's not much to say. They just have more furniture than Winners. That's it.
Overall, just like Winners, but more furniture, and no clothing.
