“I had an amazing experience with Saie at the Virgin Plus kiosk / Bell at Oshawa mall location.
Saie was incredibly patient and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We ran into some technical issues that took a few hours to resolve (not his fault at all), but he stayed calm, reassuring, and professional the entire time. He kept us updated, made sure we felt supported, and never once made us feel rushed or frustrated.
On top of that, he went out of his way to find us amazing deals and made sure we understood all of our options clearly. It honestly turned what could have been a stressful situation into a really positive experience.
Huge shoutout to Saie for outstanding customer service — this is exactly how customer support should feel. Would 100% recommend asking for him if you’re visiting the kiosk!”

Absolutely no installation or set up charges.
