On our way back to the states from Montreal at 4:30pm on a Friday, my car broke down and I called Master Mechanic in Whitby very loosely describing my issue. After getting a tow over it was 5:15 and they somehow managed to have preordered and received the necessary parts for my car in the 45 minutes since I called. Not only that but several employees stayed past 6pm (they closed at 5:30) to fix my car and get us back on the road!

Rick never disappoints. I have followed his career from other businesses over several decades as he consistently takes care of my automotive requirements. I now make a point of travelling over an hour just to tap into his expertise.
Also, the hot chocolate at this location is stellar.

Had a fantastic experience with Master Mechanic today. I’m new to the area and was concerned about taking my car to a mechanic I don’t know. These guys listened to my concerns, understood that I was stressed and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem. All for a fantastic price! Thanks so much! The team at Master Mechanic did an amazing job repairing an oil leak on my 2018 Audi Q7 - at about half the price of Audi Durham's quote. I would highly recommend anyone bring their vehicle to Master Mechanic, and I will use them again without hesitation.

Sooo so grateful to have all these guys. Just today discovered a nail in my tire and Rick fit me in last minute preventing me the anxiety and stress of being stuck who knows where with a flat tire. Have been going to this Master Mechanics for a few years and have never been disappointed. Their knowledge and professionalism is like no other, I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
