This is NOT the same company as Pegasus Van Lines. “Nick Galanis is using this company’s name to seem legit. We also have had a poor experience with “Pegasus van lines” however the owner of THIS company was so pleasant to deal with and is also saddened by this situation.

I rate Pegus minus 5.
The absolute worst!!!!
Missing items and boxes, multiple pieces of furniture damaged, delivery 2 days later than promised, no weigh bills, overcharged. Terrible experience. Attempt at settling damage claim denied. Just an example of how disrespectful and roughly they handled my furniture: the delivery fellows actually rolled my unwrapped solid wood dinning table top across my cement patio and into my home. Of course it too was damaged by them.
Definitely I do not recommend Pegus to anyone.

The representative was super nice in the beginning said if I booked for July 23rd that day, that they would have my and my daughters things to our new location by the first of the next month. He said it was $1650 for the first 2000lbs. July 22nd a guy calls wanted to come the morning before which was not possible. I had booked the flight, motel everything according to this pick up. The 23rd comes, no show. The guy Nicolas wrote that its been rescheduled to the Saturday. I get on the phone panicking and in tears and he screamed at me, demeaned me, told me I was unrealistic and even if they picked up my stuff, that theres no way it would get to our place in time. He called me dumb and threatened to cancel the truck and hung up on me which left me absolutely screwed and he knew it. I never received my deposit and he has gaslight everything onto me. So im going to the authorities because apparently he does this to many people. Either taking small deposits and not showing up or charging an astronomical amount in order to get your stuff. He needs to be stopped

I was happy at te beginning when spoke to the representative and his estimate was fair and there a maximum limit for a house but for the day after loading the estimate almost got tripled. So I was mad to a point that I told them to keep the furniture and they offered 5%. The deal was to pay them on delivery date in Florida but they pushed for the money before they leave the location so I had to pay 5800 dollars and the 4000 dollars balance on delivery date. They told their driver not open the door for my wife to have a look inside the truck to make sure that the furniture is ok UNTIL SHE PAYS IN ADVANCE but instead they called me im a problem maker and not honest man. The manager Nicholas was very mean and he wanted me to go to get THE FURNITURE from a storage so I can pay more and he told the driver to leave the location to a storage area which I think they will get a rebate. I explained to him that we need to see that the furniture is inside the truck if he can open the door to take a peak but also he was very rude that they will not open the door for us to see or go to our address before they get fully paid and this time by e-transfer because I’m not a trusted person. I explained to him that we had an issue before and it will cost him nothing to open the door so my wife can take a small peak inside but he was again rude and mean to a point that he didn’t want to go to the location before he recieves the whole balance. I told him Im at a funeral in Canada and I’m not even in Florida and I don’t need more problems but he was calling me dishonest and a problem maker. BIGGEST MISTAKE PEGASUS MOVING AND RUDE POEPLE EXCEPT FOR THE DRIVER AND THE HELPER TO BE FAIR THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND GOOD POEPLE. I will make sure everyone checks their page will see that.

We very much appreciated Pegasus stepping in on short notice. They arrived early wrapped all the furniture and delivered to 2 addresses very efficiently. They were quick careful polite and i would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you very much

I can’t recommend Pegasus Moving Company enough! They recently helped us move, and their care and attention to detail were incredible. We had a very challenging day with our move and closing, but the Pegasus team went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They were cautious with every piece of furniture, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. Their professionalism, patience, and accommodating nature truly stood out. If you’re looking for a moving company that genuinely cares, Pegasus is the one! Thank you for making a stressful day so much easier!

This is a horrible moving company. Please save your money and find better movers. The money you think your saving you'll end up spending on buying some of the same things you already have. They lie to you that your property will be available in 2 days but a week and half later you're still waiting. They lie to get your business and then treat you like trash. No courtesy to call and inform you on what's going on. I will not even refer my worst enemy to this company. As I write this I have not received my items, the lady I spoke to said not to expect them until next weekend. Mind you they picked up my items on Tuesday the 30th of July and today is the 7th of August. Customer service is the worst you can think of. They claim they offer no compensation. Like I said, save your money and get better movers, this company is shady.
