“Whitby this is THE pet store for all your pets needs. The owner is incredibly helpful and will order you what you need. Great products and even better prices. Go check out Dukes in Whitby !!”
“Rob is amazing to talk to and it’s clear how passionate and knowledgeable he is about what he does. He really connects with his customers and takes the time to understand both the pet and the owner’s needs. His knowledge about nutrition and product choices feels more like talking to a veterinarian or pet nutritionist than a typical store experience. A wonderful local shop with someone who truly cares behind the counter.”

“The store is very clean, fairly priced, and the staff seemed very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that some of the animals looked ill but this is not always something that can be controlled by the staff.”
“Had the best experience adopting my juvenile leopard gecko!! The staff were so helpful and sweet, especially Brandon who guided me on all the details of caring for my new baby and setup tips for his enclosure!”
“We really enjoy shopping at Pet Valu Brooklin. The staff are amazing—always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of quality products, and we love the deals they offer. It’s especially great that they use Deal Pal, which makes it super easy to find their clearance items. Highly recommend!”

“Always a great experience with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Vanessa helped me during my recent visit with my purchase and information regarding an exchange. She was very kind and also provided useful information to help with my pets allergies.”
