I went here for the Christmas pet photos and they were so good! No lineup and Santa looked legit lol Everyone working there was very nice.

The staff at this location were amazing in helping me find the best size and fit of lease harness for my very old dog. I recommend this location for good selection andn friendly helpful staff

As much as I want to support local, the matter of the continuous cancelation for grooming and not able to commit a date for rescheduling is beyond me.
I've had 1 great experience with grooming and after that, all appointments were csncelled or rescheduled to just be cancelled with not even 24hours notice and NO solution to offer the customer.
It has now been 2weeks with NO phone call back in regards to their last cancelation, told them to tell the manager or owner to call me back with a solution and nothing.. SO my business will 100% be elsewhere going forward.
Very unfortunate as we would be there weekly for food, treats, toys and every 2weeks grooming.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Took my dog to the self wash and it was beyond dirty. Hair in the bath, ON the floor, clearly wasn't cleaned in a long time. Drains are clogged. No conditioner and the towels smell and are dirty. The store looks like it's never been cleaned.

Was in at 9:15 today at the self wash dog station and witnessed a groomer hit a dog then try to make it seem like she was playing with the dog after she noticed I saw. I also witnessed the same groomer talk to a customer who brought their dog in to be groomed in a very poor manner to the point where I gave the gentleman a grooming salon that doesn't shame the owner if the dog looks poorly due to matting as we are all Humans and make mistakes I'm glad I didn't end up asking her to trim my dogs nails as I was going to ask when I came in. I saw enough of how she reacted about a customer being late that I didn't want to get any services from her. I have already contacted the care line as soon as I left the store. If looking for a groomer I'd recommend Touch Of a paw spa in Oshawa

After coming here for many years, and as a local resident, I will never come back here again. They do not honour their open bag refund policy, and the store is typically dirty compared to other stores in the area.
I will now be a faithful customer of Global Pet Foods.

Took dog for trim specifically said do not shave to first coat of hair. When picked dog up groomer said “I think I took too much off” NO KIDDING our once beautiful dog looks pathetic. before and after pictures. Had to pick one star as no choice for none
