After coming here for many years, and as a local resident, I will never come back here again. They do not honour their open bag refund policy, and the store is typically dirty compared to other stores in the area.
I will now be a faithful customer of Global Pet Foods.

Took dog for trim specifically said do not shave to first coat of hair. When picked dog up groomer said “I think I took too much off” NO KIDDING our once beautiful dog looks pathetic. before and after pictures. Had to pick one star as no choice for none

Very pricey pet store. The cat food we get is higher here than anywhere else $3.09 a can here…. $2.99 a can at PetSmart… and other pet retailers sell them for $2.69 a can. When your cat has 1 can a day it is just too expensive to shop at Pet Valu! They need to pay more attention to their competition!

There is a new groomer who took over this location recently and she is fantastic. If you had a bad experience previously it is worth trying again.

Maybe teach your staff how to do returns.. or always have someone who does know how, instead of telling them to come back in tomorrow when my managers in.

I love this pet value !! The staff are very friendly and have helped me with my questions . The manager Kaitlyn ( I hope I spelled her name correctly ) goes above and beyond for me I was looking for something specific and she took the time and showed me!! Thank you soo much!! I will be back

Worst place to go. Terrible customer service and they cancel your grooming appointment without any notice or contacting you.

We love the work the the groomer does for our dogs however she tends to cancel last minute a lot. We try to book appointments in advance to avoid cancellations but we have had times where we have shown up with our three dogs and are told that the groomer was not able to make it in today. Have been cancelled on last minute over and over again.
