Absolutely horrible experience it was extremely dirty in there. I took. My dog in there to get his nails cut that was the main reason I brought him somewhere. They gave me an option nail trim and bath. So i choose that. They call me a hour later they did not cut his nails and they gave him bath Then they maid me. Pay full price and had my dog locked in a little room. Untill I paid. They are extremely inexperienced And unprofessional Shame on you That was an absolutely terrible and disgusting experience I will never go back and highly recommend people do not go there or pray you don’t have a experience like mine.

Great service! I just bought my first 125 gal aquarium tank for my 5 axolotls! I am very happy with my purchases. The staff and manager were really helpful. Overall i am very happy.

Alex is such a good dog trainer. He takes his time with each dog and their owners. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dog trainer. The staff here are also really good. Thanks Alex and the staff for all that you do.

Lots and lots of supplies, shelves were 90% full. Pets being constantly adopted, signs everywhere for this, definitely love going to this location.

Had a negative experience shopping here today. Went in to get a new Betta fish, while shopping we thought we’d get 1 cichlid to add to one of our many tanks. After waiting over 20 minutes for one of the 3 employees in the store. All that time just to be refused buying one because a very uneducated employee had no idea about this type of fish (Tank size and quantity of fish) Atleast I know not to shop at this uneducated non-respecting store again

Tucker went for his spa day today and absolutely loved it. The staff in the grooming are the best! Tucker loves them all.

I have brought my dog here for years, just for grooming services. Unfortunately, the grooming department isn't completing the service I'm paying for adequately anymore. I feel I'm not getting my moneys worth and will no longer be returning. This really is a shame because we were loyal customers for so long and never had any issues until this year. I don't know what's changed but I wouldn't recommend coming here for grooming services like I would have in previous years.
