My husband received a message that at 5:40am his package (motorcycle ECU), was in transit going back to Lynden WA. Well by some MIRACLE, we get a phone call from Canada Post at 9:03 am from JEFF!! Awesome JEFF (hopefully we get his name) cared and loved his job enough to examine the parcel found a number!! My husband is OVERJOYED!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! YOU TRULY ARE OUR ANGEL!! Sir, you have restored our faith in Canada Post!!! You ARE AWESOME!! We will be paying your kindness FORWARD!! THANK YOU❤️?❤️?
PLEASE HELP!!!
My husband was expecting a very IMPORTANT package from the UNITED STATES that he paid 80.00 US for that Canada Post said it would be delivered today. We'll NO PHONE CALL, NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER, JUST A MESSAGE SAYING RETURN TO SENDER!! My husband was home all day waiting, too not miss the delivery!! We urgently call Canada Post, and what do they say? Nothing we can do!! It's got to be returned. We are across the STREET from the main office on Ritson Rd North!! PLEASE PLEASE CANADA POST PLEASE STOP IT!!”

“Always busy but if you just plan it you can get there with only 3 or 4 people in front of you. Avoid going at popular times line weekend or evenings. Unless you are prepaid to wait 20 or 30 minutes. They've recently added a drop box option so if you've a prepaid box you should be able to drop. However I never tried myself to know it works. If you've option to drop at UPS store nearby use that. UPS store on Harwood do have a drop option with no lineup”
