I had a very negative experience at this gas station. The staff were rude, communication was difficult since most did not speak English, and I was even looked at in a dismissive way that felt insulting. On one occasion, I was filling up and the pump was shut off while I was paying, and the employee I asked for help couldn’t explain the situation. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.
I do not recommend this location. If your there, there’s a Petro‑Canada just down the street that offers better prices and far superior customer service.

The customer service is unprofessional and discriminates, and will falsely accuse customers of not paying when, it is the cashier fault Be very careful. False advertising prices also as other say too. This has happened 3 times. It is the worst Shell gas station located in the Whitby region and I will not recommend going there.

Incredibly rude employees. To top it off, the interior of this store smells like a garbage can on a hot day.I will actively avoid this location at all costs due to the extremely unprofessional attitudes of the employees.I was yelled at by the cashier over a minor misunderstanding and lack of attention on their end due to their own payment systems being down, and told to “take it up with the manager” who was not present at the time.Would not recommend supporting this location when there are several other gas stations within the 1km radius who will be happy to serve and help their customers without yelling in their faces.

Closed doors at 11pm on a wednesday . I guess the attendant was fearing for his life .. in whiby ont ... what a joke .. he tells me he'll do my shopping in store for me .. open your doors bud !!! This is absolutly redicilous !!! Went to petro and spent my money there !! Thx shell !!!

Stopped in there for gas last Tuesday bc it was a good pricePaied at the pump and within 10mins of leaving my van shutdown. Took it to the dealer the next day and it was bad gas (and im not from the area) You would think they have alarms to let them know that there was water or something in the gas. So I'm out the amount of gas I paid and have to get a new full filter.
