SoftMoc is a leading footwear destination with many brands for women, men, and kids. Reviews mention that staff are great, pleasant, and knowledgeable, helping customers find what they need. The stores are clean with good prices and easy parking. Shoppers love the warehouse for its great, unpredictable finds and the ability to collect reward points for future discounts. Some note you can find great deals on clearance, but advise watching for items with only a small discount. A point of criticism is that refund policies can vary by location, with some stores offering only a credit instead of a full refund, which can be disappointing.
I have been shopping at this location for back to school shoes for my own children. Now I’m fortunate enough to be purchasing shoes for my grandchildren. This store is exceptional. Well stocked, clean, approachable staff. Worth checking out 5/5*

We walked in to softmoc and we were not sure of what we were wanting. Olivia came over to ask if we needed help and she was able to help me pick out some shoes for my daughter. We ended up picking up some insoles and jibbets in the end also. Overall a great experience. Thanks Olivia, we will be back.
