Starling Pools & Spa Ltd. is a great store with excellent products and staff. They take the time to explain pool maintenance and provide great communication. The location may be a bit out of the way, but it's worth the trip. They offer free water testing and a range of hot tub accessories. Their response time is great, and they provide clear recommendations for fixing pool problems.

The appointment was scheduled for Wednesday and the tech showed up o. Tuesday when no one was home. Glad the issue was resolved but wished we got a call

Recently I had the sand in my pool filter replaced by Regan today (July 7, 2026). He did a great job, answered questions I had about filter sand replacement, walked me through the process showing me what he was doing, and things to keep an eye out for. He also kept the area tidy and cleaned up before he left. Thanks again...
