Had a very pleasant experience here. Almost every single staff member acknowledged me. A lovely lady staff member was in a conversation with other employees and she stopped mid sentence with them just to greet me. Lots of staff willing to help. I travel out of my area specifically for this Home Depot.

Dana @ Home Depot Whitby South (Victoria Street) was an absolute gem of a human assisting me today.
She made my experience after 2 other Home Depots amazing, and I will definitely only be shopping at this location going forward.
Thank you once again Dana for helping me with the Bins and for your overall kindness.
Bella and another lady at the self checkout was also a great help.

Poor Service and Discriminatory Behavior. Due to a physical injury, I asked for help loading some paver tiles into my car. I was asked to Join Home Depot, put on an apron, and help myself. I further raised the concern with the Assistant store manager, who told me that "things won't work here as they do back home," which is India. I experienced not only poor customer service but also an inappropriate and discriminatory comment from a member of your management team.

They use to take back their cheap china products with ease but now it's like pulling teeth. With receipt, only 1 week old, took 30 minutes and a manager to sort out for a $12.00 bin. Bad customer service!

Christina assisted me cut Faux Blinds at Home Depot and I was completely impressed and happy.
I had got one cut at a different location before and it was cut horribly.
Christina was able to perfectly cut it the correct way with no damage showing and to the correct size requested.
Furthermore, she was not bothered by my numerous questions about the process and accuracy.
If anyone needs blinds cut at Home Depot, I HIGHLY recommend this location and Christina to help you.

Just wanted to give a shout to Glenn! I came to the store half hour before closing looking for vanity lights. He was helping multiple people at the same time but made time showing me different lights, made suggestions and even helped me the check out. Great customer service!
