“Shopped at the Whitby location yesterday (Aug 25/2026) and was delighted to be cashed out by a young gentleman- I should have asked his name but to describe, green tinted hair, very handsome and going into Grade 11 I learned, as we chatted a bit- he is a true credit to your store! Polite, well spoken and efficient. He was the only customer service rep on at the time. Perhaps his name is Spencer (?) in looking at my receipt. He truly deserves recognition for the obvious work ethic and pleasant, mature manner that I experienced with him. Thank you Spencer (?) 😊”

“This store is extremely organized and tidy which makes the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. The quality of items they sell are always good, I have never found any with stains or holes etc. I would prefer this location far more than Ajax OUAC which is extremely disorganized and a mess.”
