Worst customer experience. Called in just to get two simple quotes.. two / three times and got hung up. The third time, I had to call with a different number and expressed that I am not a telemarketer and needed quotes but was not very pleasant to speak to. One word answers and uninterested. Was looking at getting two different quotes for two different units but they assumed that I was looking for the same size and the response was unnecessary. Just save yourself the time and trouble and look elsewhere.

WORST STORAGE PLACE IN OSHAWA HANDS DOWN … TONS OF BREAK INS AND THEY LIE ABOUT WHY YOU AREN'T ENTITLED TO DEPOSITS BACK & THE LADY AT THE DESK MEREDITH THINKS SHES RUNNING A 5 STAR HOTEL… RUDE AND DISGUSTING SIMPLE AS THAT STEER CLEAR.

Went by to see units and get pricing and the lady working there seemed like I was disturbing her and imposing on her for asking information. Wish I had looked at the reviews before I went there.
It's certainly no way to treat customers. Won't be going back there.

Excellent prices in Durham/Clarington Region... My hubby and I went around and priced about 5-7 storage places from the Shwa to Ajax, and they had excellent prices. The woman at the front desk (I unfortunately forgot her name because we stored things last year. But she was so nice and very personalable.
Would most definitely recommend.. We have 2 friends and a family member go to them for storage since. They also had a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!

I am quite disappointed with this facility. I've been a trouble free renter here since 2018. I've been threatened to be kicked out for working on a vehicle. apparently the owner only saw 2 ladies sitting inside my door and saw NO work being performed! meanwhile every season I watch rows of tenants outside their units changing tires, brakes and much more. there are also immigrants that were living in units across from me! but I get a warning for something so stupid? another thing is if we have coded gates, why not 24/7 access? the office hours have decreased alot anyway. I honestly love this storage facility and have met great people, but there's got some level of respect for the ones who care about this place.
