Circle K is a great store that I love, but I’ve had issues with an employee named Arsy, who has been rude and often on his phone while I’ve tried to check out. Also, I’ve noticed that fountain drinks are no longer available?

I've had a few unlucky visits to Circle K recently, and I have to say that Arsy is ruining the whole place. Despite my years of loyalty, where I’ve always appreciated the friendly atmosphere created by the owner and Inder, Arsy's attitude is a major turn-off. He acts like he owns the place and has shown no respect for customers. His rude comments to my son and his friends were completely unacceptable. It's disheartening to see such behavior overshadow the positive experiences I've had at this location for years.
Do better guys.

I had a disappointing experience at Circle K due to an employee named Arsy. While browsing for a drink, he rudely asked me to leave, which felt disrespectful and uncalled for. This isn't the first time I've encountered his entitled attitude; he has consistently been rude during my visits. In contrast, Inder has always been kind and helpful, and I miss Rana’s excellent service. It's disheartening to see such a decline in customer service from Arsy, which negatively impacts the overall experience at this location.

I prefer this location because the guy who works here is always so nice! By far the friendliest service at any gas station I’ve been to.

Twice now I have bought three bags of pure filtered milk, only to have it go sour 10 or 12 days before the expiry date. Either the cooler is not cold enough or the milk is sitting there before anyone has a chance to put it on the shelf. This is ironic because it used to be a Becker's, or Mac's. I understand that margins are tight and drug stores are selling dairy items.

Ive been going to this gas station for years now they have it super clean inside the workers are super nice the gas prices are always low and i love going her with my kids in the summer to get a slushy on a Saturday night (:

This convenience store is attached to an Esso gas station and is a typical sized store. There is no Tim Hortons inside so they sell the Circle K coffee, hot chocolate and teas. I got a medium hot chocolate (average taste) and a small bag of Circle K branded sour cream and onion chips. There are all the typical things that a large convenience store has including household cleaning supplies. There are two freezers of ice cream products and milkshakes making machine. They do have an ATM should you need cash. They also sell lottery tickets, greeting cards, USB charging cables, sun glasses, and laundry detergent. They also have pet food. Previously it was a Mac's convenience store. There is no free WiFi. The store is wheelchair accessible. There is a free parking lot. Review 2022-014 You can also find me on Instagram @chuan_chee.
