I started to write a long explanation of the job sought, but it just rambles on. Long and short, it was a custom job matted and framed with some vacation pictures.The owner didn't understand what I wanted although he seemed to get it. When I returned to pick up the finished product it wasn't what was agreed upon or explained. The guy that actually does the framing was there thank goodness. I explained what I wanted to see, he clearly understood. He had the finished product ready for me the next day, was a good job. I think his name is Jonathon? Thank you..Maybe for in stock art this is the place, but for custom framing I wont return. The owner explained twice he had a machine worth $35,000 that does the matting. Then asked if this was a business purchase and explained the tax write off for a business purchasing art. I wish he had spent a little more time listening to what I wanted, instead of selling me on the machine and tax savings with art.2 stars for Jonathon saving the day.

He was attentive, suggestive, and spent a great deal of time with us selecting, what turned out to be, the perfect frames for our new pieces. Pricing was fair and competitive.
