We have frequented this Daisy Mart location for years as locals, but our most recent experience was deeply disappointing. My wife, who has a medical condition that causes her to shake, went in to purchase garbage tags. When her card didn’t work initially, she tried inserting it again. The employee rudely extended his hand and, after inserting the card himself, sarcastically remarked, “I really hope that wasn’t too difficult for you.”
This type of dismissive and condescending behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a family-owned business that depends on local support. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have encountered such rude treatment here, but it will certainly be the last.
Customer service should be built on respect and understanding. If this establishment continues to disregard these principles, they will alienate the very community they rely on. A serious reassessment of their staff’s attitude is long ovedue!

Very rude attitude towards customer, and no manners to talk at all like i said its a debit card still he doesn’t understand English so thats his fault being a owner or a worker whatever it is he should know English and when i said its debit card he just yelled and threw my card saying debit card in a loud voice very pathetic.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at this corner store. After spending $25, one of our friends was rudely yelled at by the staff for walking out with a paper cup. We tried to explain that we are paying for it, but the staff member became increasingly angry and was even breathing heavily with anger. He said 25 cents and our friend was like that’s ok, can I pay with debit, and he was just silent. Then rudely said no debit only cash. We didn’t have cash so we’re like it’s ok and just left without it. This behavior was completely uncalled for and made us feel very uncomfortable. We will not be returning. Customer service should be a priority, and treating patrons with such hostility is unacceptable.

This place is so disgusting, it smells foul. They also charge you more than the advertised price once you go to the register so be aware! Just go across the street to the macs to avoid being ripped off

Bought a bottle of water with a sticker price of $1.22Guy rings it up at $1.33Taxes it and I payed 1.70. Do the math!

Wife just spent $50 in the store, owner comes out of the store to yell at her to move her car away from entrance.So she does move it then yells at her for parking there.Wouldn't of spent a cent there if he was going to be rude.

When in a pinch, Daisy Mart always seems to come through! Of course convenience comes with the price tags BUT they had everything we needed & we searched a few other places before this. Staff was friendly & happy that we were all satisfied with our findings. They even sell/sold fireworks & firewood!!!

Friendly owners, fresh milk, parking for 6 cars. Support this family business before going to Circle K.
