So disappointment with handling of my situation today at the Branch, both the Teller and acting manager was extremely rude they did not accept that the bank had made an error setting up my business account and refuse to offer any solution. cant wait to switch my home branch as soon as this is sorted.

As I know there were really good employees working in this branch. However in this branch, there are over staffed financial advisors working in the office. Let customers waiting in a long line outside waiting for the tellers. No one will help them. It is totally different from the other Upper Yong TD. When there are many customers waiting. Most financial advisors come out even managers come out to help in the front. Fairview Mall TD branch Customers can hear they chatting and laughing in the office clearly. And the tellers are busy with customers.

I need to give a shout-out to Maryam from TD Bank for the incredible help she gave me. She was super patient and kind, a real lifesaver. Not everyone would take the time to call around to different currency exchange places for a customer, but Maryam did that for me without hesitation. And counting $450 in coins? I know that was a pain, but she handled it like a champ. Her helpfulness really stood out.She’s exactly the kind of person you want to meet when you walk into a bank—someone who actually cares and wants to make things easier for you. Other reps could definitely pick up a thing or two from her approach. Thanks so much, Maryam! Your effort and attitude didn’t go unnoticed.

If I can give this branch a 0 I would. The manager there is absolutely ridiculous.I find that their job is to create hard time for a loyal customer rather than provide decent services. After all the fraud, you cannot provide customers because you are clueless of what you are doing, rather to add unnecessary “procedures” for nothing.This place is filled with some young people who absolutely don’t know what customer service is.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Visited this branch today and was patiently waiting outside the door where a TD employee (young woman) stood. This young woman rudely yelled at me saying they’re closed. I asked politely that the young lady not yell at me. She then proceeded to raise her voice. As a client of TD for over 20 years I was extremely disrespected. Disbelieved that TD would tolerate this type of behaviour from their employee.

My brother recently passed away from Cancer. Today we went to TD bank to close his accounts and found out that his chequeing account was $41 in arrears due to TD BANK SERVICE CHARGES. When we asked the bank manager ( MERNHAZ) if they could reverse the charges so we could close it, she only offered to reverse $20. She was very COLD and RUDE about it too. I use to work for a bank and I know that we were allowed to reverse $50 of service charges per day for customers as a goodwill. We’ve been with TD bank for 40+ years and I can’t believe they were not willing to reverse the $41 service charge for an account that went into arrears due to service charges because the customer passed away. I will be making a complaint to head office.

I have spoken to a Manager daily to resolve an issue he said would be resolved the next day. I have had to call to follow up, despite being assured that I would be called. It is frustrating because it is an emergency situation for me for which I have had to take days off of work, and it is still not resolved! I have been a customer for 35 years and this has caused me to transfer my business elsewhere!! I can only give 1 star for this level of "customer service".
