My review has changed from a 5 to a 1. I feel so bad about this because I’ve had wonderful care from Dr Oberi and her surgical team but 12.5 hours in emergency because of a post surgical drain issue that need to be assessed and they come in to take blood work. When I ask why they say “ to find out what is wrong with you”. I explain again a post surgical drain needs assessment and fixing and she gets pissed and walks out. Professional or what. The receptionist actually fibbed to us. She stated she was calling the surgeon but the wonderful ER doctor said she had not and the receptionist who they over at shift change 6 hours later had no idea what I was talking about as no note to call the surgeon was present. In the 13 hours we were there the emergency bathrooms were cleaned ONCE this after someone threw up in them. The cleaning of the dividers was done with 1 rag that was not cleaned between any of the screens and the chairs were flicked over. We were exhausted and appalled by this lack of hygiene in an emergency room waiting area

Masks??? the rest of Canada has quit wearing masks for good, yet this place has staff still donning them and refusing service. It's a disgrace, and this is exactly why the hospitals have zero respect from the community. We pay medical, you have to serve us with or without masks. These people must get some kind of financial bonus from the PM vaccine business. turncoats.

I had a scheduled colonoscopy today the entire staff of Winchester Hospital were extremely kind, friendly and comforting.Want to thank Nurse Rachel in day surgery she was lovely and All the Nurses and Doctors

This Emergency Room is an absolute joke. Bring in a child with an allergic reaction...2 hours and 45 minutes later I decided to take him to a real Hospital. Not a nurse nor Dr ever appeared to assess him as he got worse !

This is being generous. A family member went, waited over 7 hrs for a doctor. In extreme pain,asked for pain meds twice and nothing. No communication between staff and patient.

Terrible hospital, ridiculous waiting times but they don’t tell you how long you’re going to wait. Awful experience, whole ER needs a revamp where it can look like an actual hospital and not a dump.

Huge thank you to the nurses (Robyn) in OB for treating me with such care and support after a big fall at 20 weeks pregnant. I am transferring to Winchester for delivery.

Hand injury needed Stitches, waited in triage and was called up within a few hours. The staff, nurses and Doctor did a great job of seing me quickly and doing a professional assessment. Had some paperwork complications called the billing department, they did a phenomenal job of answering quickly and getting the documentation I was looking for. Thank you!

Nursing staff are kind caring and accommodating of needs. When my grandma was brought in in an emergency the staff were efficient in their care and supportive of her and my family. The nurse Sam even brought a smile to a dying woman's face.
