Very helpful guys, got me in to fix a problem with a rattling in my brakes they were busy and still had the time that day to get me in . Issue was resolved no problem and upon more inspection my rear brakes were in really bad shape. Did the brakes and was very thorough with the steps involved taking videos and pictures along the way showing me what work was done and explaining why. Price was reasonable for the work snd the pets and car drives much better much appreciated and would recommend.

Brought my car to 1st Auto Service after visiting two other mechanics who didn’t care to listen to what I had to say about my car’s suspension problem. Rafi took the time to listen and took me for a test drive until we replicated the noise. He had the problem diagnosed, the part ordered, delivered, and installed, performed an oil change, and found the issue with my ABS—all within two hours. I went to a service shop to have my car’s A/C recharged, and they did everything without any problems. They also gave me a warranty for the work. Later, I stopped by again and they checked the system pressure for free to make sure everything was fine. Really great guys.

Jemil & his son Rafi are excellent. I took my car here not knowing the exact issue. Not long after leaving they called and diagnosed the issue. They were able to fix it within a few hours! Great customer service & reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend them to others and will be going back to them in the future if I have any new issues. I now feel safe to have my granddaughter back in my car yay!!! Thanks guys for all your help 🙏

We had called Rafi to see if we could take our car in to get the brakes checked as we’ve been hearing the squeaking. He was great from start to finish. He took us right away. Rafi was honest, thorough and showed us what the issue was. He was great to deal with. We would strongly recommend 1st Auto.
