First time going to Ottawa Street in about 20yrs. Stooped going there because of the staff back then. Today was a great experience. Staff very respectful, very willing to negotiate and just a great experience all around today. Definitely going back

Not worth it to you by tools from that's for sure. All the tools there are moderately used for the price of brand new if not more expensive. It's much better to wait for deals at the store or online than to buy from here

Daughter Christine gave cash for Father's day and my wish list included a jigsaw. I entered the Avenue store and was directed to a shelf offering two choices. A jigsaw in excellent condition at a favourable price was selected and the salesman took my purchase to his sales desk so that I could continue shopping. I saw a car radio, also reasonably priced, in a locked cabinet. A deal was made and I was informed that the radio could be returned if unsatisfactory. Can you beat that, all done in minutes?
