We went to Best Buy today looking for a new sound-bar for our TV, we were maybe in the store looking at the sound-bars for a few seconds before an employee named Hunter approached us, he was super friendly and knowledgeable on all the sound-bars and other electronics in the store, he made such a previously frustrating experience we had early that day at other stores seem so easy as he assisted us through the entire process and had us leaving the store satisfied and excited for our new purchase!

Poor associate training...I wanted to buy a tv. They didn't have it in stock at the Windsor store on Walker Rd., so I asked for a rain check.The associate said he doesn't know about Best Buy policy, since he is new. Second associate came few minutes later and she said she cannot issue a rain check since the item is in stock in the warehouse. I asked for a supervisor...The supervisor (Omar) came and asked me why do I need a rain check. I explained the policy on their website and Omar replied they cannot issue a rain check since the item is in stock at the warehouse. I mentioned that as per Best Buy policy, on their website, if the item is not on stock at the store , I could get a rain check. Omar's answer was he cannot issue one. I left and bought the tv someplace else. I am not going to shop there anytime soon...

Bought Meta Quest 3 for $734.49 its battery doesn't last more than 1 hour when I returned it they just gave me their credit card Saying it’s wearable, they couldn’t put the amount in one card, they gave two cards instead. It’s a device for God sake not an underwear. Other stores are giving the money back. I need nothing from best buy to spend $734.49. Won’t be shopping there anymore, Amazon’s much better and has same devices plus they don’t force us to get their card instead of our money.

Worst Best Buy ever. Do not buy the Best Buy membership. They lied to me saying that I can cancel my membership anytime with no cancellation fees. I even asked if I can cancel anytime and they said yes without any charges. When I called to cancel they mentioned that there is a cancellation fees of $150 + dollars.Frustrating. Never thought that Best Buy would scam me like this. I bought all my appliances from them with warranties. Not sure if I will ever use my warranties with a charge or without a charge as they said to me.

They gave exceptional customer service and also helped me find an incredible deal on the products I bought. Their knowledge and professionalism made my shopping experience a breeze. Very disappointed to see that you weren’t open today after indicating on google you were indeed open with special ‘thanksgiving’ hrs 11-6. Even the Open sign was lit. While In the parking lot I called the number for Best Buy on Howard as I needed something sooner than later, only to find out it’s a general phone number. Your customer service agent not only tells me the Howard location was open (which was not) but that the Walker location was open. Seems wrong that I had to explain to a company representative that he was incorrect. I would have loved to contact the store itself rather than resorting to this form of communication however apparently you can’t call directly to a store.

Yep about time to change name to worst buy.They desperately need to change management and try to hire new employees who respect customers instead shooing customers away. I went there to buy new iPhone 15 pro max and one iPhone 15 but the way the apple guy treated us was un-expectable. I mean if someone one can pay upfront for two 1700 cad phone, expects certain level of respect but the dude working in bust buy, wearing apple uniforms was rude as hell. Didn't seem he cared about customers or want to be at the job. First I thought he was just like that with us. But then I noticed he was treating other customers in the same way. It just break my heart seeing some treating others with that much disrespect. Never going back and never recommending this store to any of my friends.

My wife and I are new to Canada, and on Thanksgiving Day, we took a one-hour bus ride from Baby Street to Walker Road to buy a laptop for her since there were fewer buses running. I checked Google to see if Best Buy was open on Thanksgiving Day, and it indicated that it was open. However, when we arrived, the doors were closed. Currently, my wife works at Tim Hortons, and it's challenging to get a shift off to visit the Walker Road Best Buy to purchase the laptop. Our Thanksgiving Day was quite disappointing, so I kindly request that you update Google with accurate store hours to prevent other people, especially those who may not have much, from experiencing the same disappointment at Best Buy.

Poor customer service and honoring a sale price. The manager Geo was reluctant to help us, and basically said that we needed to be members, paying $240/yr or 19.99/mth in order to get the missed sale price. Why would anyone want to shop here or how does the company expect to bring in new customers? There was a stainless steel bar fridge on sale yesterday and I tried calling there but I didn't know that you cannot contact the actual store by phone like most stores. I tried calling today as well. So my husband and I go in there with our young baby to see if we can purchase this bar fridge that was just on sale yesterday for 169.99 but it's back up to 219.99.So basically Best Buy lost a customer for $50 off honoring the sale price.Anyone would get better customer care from Costco, Canadian Tire, Rona, Home Depot.. so many places the manager can honour a missed sale price.

I entered the store to buy a TV, PlayStation 5, a second controller, and some kitchen appliances. When I spoke to the TV saleswoman and chose what I wanted, she told me you can continue shopping and I will go get what you ordered And after I finished shopping, I went back to her, and she told me, I'm sorry, I can't give you the TV if you don't have a big car. Or You can buy it online and you will pay $50 delivery fee. My car has seven passengers, and it's enough for two TVs. Then someone told me that they will close in ten minutes. I did not get from this store, just wasting time and poor customer service. All purchases were returned to their place and I left with disappointment.

I purchased a Canon Rebel T8i camera box set (including an additional lens, wrist strap, and bag) for $1,199 + tax. Upon opening it, there were a lot of problems found, such as scratches on the camera screen, loose screws inside the lens cap, no charging cable, and a missing camera strap.It seems to me like someone had returned the box set and it was not brand-new. It is very unlikely that Canon themselves made this many mistakes in a brand-new camera set, especially given their reputation. This in turn would most likely mean that Best Buy did not check the contents of the box, resealed it, and tried to resell it for full price (as if brand-new). Nothing on the package indicated that it had been opened before.I have never written a poor review about any establishment but this seems, at best, negligent on Best Buy's behalf, and at worse, entirely dishonest and immoral. The only good thing I can say is that the person who did the return was very polite and understanding.Nonetheless, I sincerely doubt I will be returning to Best Buy in the future.

Worst customer service possible, went in to ask for the guaranteed 1 year warranty exchange on my product and just told me to contact manufacturer when the manufacturer told me to go in and ask them. Bestbuy live agent also told me to go in store for exchange buy the manager just say "oh the live chat dont know what is going on in store" and just told me to go message manufacturer. I then ask if they can help me contact the manufacturer or anything they can help me do to solve the issue because the manufacturer already told me to go in store to Bestbuy and they will help me, but the front desk manager just said no and told me to go figure it out on my own and speak to the manufacturer myself WHICH I DID ALREADY, MULTIPLE TIMES. I'm buying from Bestbuy not from the manufacturer and Bestbuy just say we cant help you go figure it out on your own. Absoultely the worst experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

So this afternoon I was in a pinch to get a replacement tv for the bedroom and I’m so technologically challenged. This wonderful kid Josh helped me out. He was great. Apparently he works for LG but whatever he knew his stuff. If you need a tv see Josh!
