I’ve been shopping at Call It Spring for years and have always had a good experience. However, the last couple times I’ve been in I’ve been highly disappointed in the customer service there. I walk in, the same girl both times I’ve been in doesn’t acknowledge me, doesn’t ask if I need help, doesn’t even look my way. Instead, both times she was on the floor whispering and gossiping with another girl there. Yesterday (Tuesday February 3rd) around 3pm was my last straw. Walked in, gave it another chance, and again she’s on the floor gossiping to a friend and I stood there waiting for assistance and I don’t even think she knew I was there. I walked out and I don’t see myself being comfortable going back in just to be ignored again by the same employee.

Went yesterday to get a pair of shoes for my dad and the customer service is so nice in this store that i end up getting another pair of shoes for myself too. They were very patient and helpful, mostly the two guys that work here. Thanks

Unfortunately, the first time I went, they didn't have my size, so I ordered online, and when I went to pick up the shoes, they were missing diamonds on the straps.
The staff are super friendly and helpful 5 stars for that.

Was there today and the two girls working (ones name was Rita and I'm assuming the other the manager) were being so rude. Rolling their eyes when asking for a size and commenting that we were in the way of other customers ... The store was empty so ??♀️??♀️ didn't end up as much stuff as planned because of their service

Everything vegan? YES PLEASE! I love their boot selection and how friendly the staff is! I also love their handbags. Prices are reasonable!
