Thought it was important to counter some of the negative reviews from years ago. My experience was rather pleasant, as was the friendly worker behind the counter. She helped me get a couple of packages set for mailing and informed me that the overseas package I was sending needed a customs form filled out online ahead of time. I was unaware of this but thankfully she did it for me as a courtesy. Very happy with my visit. Keep up the good work, Tina!

I would like to have the a name of Post carrier Lady ,at the office Tecumseh Rd 11910 ,Tecumseh Ontario. The first name is Jennifer with long braided ponytail.. She was VERY HELPFULL at the parking Post office lot. I had problem with my carSeptember 12/2023 time around 6 pm Thank you ,we have stillvery KIND PEOPLE IN WINDSOR ON.

I would like to share my very negative experience at this particular Canada Post.I was met inside by two women who were very unpleasant in their attitudes and also their (lack thereof) customer service.But the real complaint is this: another customer came in and was waiting in the foyer to enter (1 customer capacity limit). Upon seeing the customer, one worker said to the next "Uckk.. look who it is" and the other followers with "you get to deal with him".So this poor customer, regardless if they are a bad or good customer, gets talked about in front of another customer.. this is awful and these two women should be penalized for being cruel.Here is a lesson in customer service: never speak about another customer to an employee, especially in front of a customer. If you do need to speak about handling a particular customer, do so in an office behind closed doors. And treat that customer well and with respect no matter what.

I attended this office today Aug. 17 2020.I was confronted with the worst customer service in my recent memory of dealing with service personnel. I,was refused a mailing label for my package. The server’s tone was hostile and diametrically opposed to her tone and cheerful attitude with her previous customer who,happened to be a police officer.The clerks tone and unhelpfulness forced me to,bring my parcel to the nearby ShoppersDrug Store. There I was given a mailing label,polite and efficient service.Disgusting and unnecessary attack on the public is so sad given the times we live in.Personnel at this Windsor office should apologize to,all except the police officer who received lavish attention and exceptional customer service.Kudos to,the best postal clerk at Shoppers Drug Mart. I will continue to,deal with you.Marny BealeWindsor

Would leave a 0 star if possible. Very disappointed that they don't keep to there scheduled hours. I showed up at 4:20 when it clearly says open until 5:00pm i don't feel comfortable knowing our tax money goes toward paying people to leave early.

Very Combative staff member. Asked about package status, and the first thing she said was “how would I know”? Pretty disappointing experience. She eventually looked up the package info and told me it had arrived early in the morning but could not say if it had, or would be shipped that day, and refused to look and see if the package could still be at the facility. This is a public service, sorry I interrupted your day at a job paid for by tax dollars.
