Do not go there in any conditions. Your parcel will be lost 100%..Always go to Ottawa location they put tracking number rightaway..this downtown location lost my 2 packages..lost my camera ? of worth $750 and was offering me $100 when i called Canada post what a joke

The young woman in her 20s with long black hair picked up my package and threw it, for no reason! I ended up working a few late night shifts and it wasn't worth filing a complaint about her anymore, by the time I wasn't too busy to. But if her or anyone at this Canada Post location ever disrespects me again, there will not be enough freedom in the Charter of Rights, the law, or Canada Post company policies to prevent them from losing their job and never work for any Canada Post again. Good luck.

Extremely rude and such a rip off. I had to pay $75 to receive a tiny package that was damaged, then paid $23 to return it and they refused to print out the label!!! They pretended not to have a printer and asked me to go to a library and do their job basically. If im paying all this money why am i printing the shipping labels?????

Terrible service. The old lady was very arrogant and impatient, almost yelled at me when I asked details. Customer service is very poor and such people shouldn’t be customer facing.

I have send 16 luggage from Winnipeg to Windsor I got 15 luggage and 1 of them is missing when I track that specific luggage number it shows in Mississauga, Ontario when I call Canada post their response is we don't we are sorry but I am calling Canada post for 3months and yesterday they are saying we lost it we don't have any answer then what is the use you are given the responsibility to help people with their lost object whoever is working in that department is useless and no brain they think it’s simple just tell the customer we are sorry we lost it doesn't work that way I have my valuable things in that luggage your $65 won't help in that you people should work on this $65 doesn't help it’s my valuable things because of your careless and worst management I have lost my luggage the whole scenario looks like you guys are thief waiting a customer more than 3 months and at the end you are saying we lost it even though it shows in Mississauga, Ontario. I don't need your $65 you guys can have that I need my luggage you have tracking number everything how is it possible to lost it. Change your management worst service ever.

What a TERRIBLE Experience I have had with Canada Post...I STILL have 4 parcels somewhere within Canada Post ( I think)...I ordered 2 remote escavators from a company in the beginning of November...Didn't come in ...So getting nervous that I would not get them before Christmas...I ordered 2 more.....did not get them either...Went to Canada Post in Windsor on Walker Rd..I was told that they had been delivered...We checked the delivery address...WRONG address..Sent them down the st from me...Just happened to b a friend of mines address..Went and asked her ...she did not receive them either..hmmmm...Called the Canada Post head office...they said they have NO.parcels there...That's 4 parcels with tracking numbers...I had all 4 numbers..Not 1 person in there can find ANY of the parcels..told me that the Walker Post office was wrong when they told me that 2 of them went to the wrong address...Now ONE of them are lying to me..hmm.. then they told me I have to contact the company that I ordered them from....Now...why should I do their job ..and NOT get paid for doing it..They want me to call the company so they can call Canada Post to prove to them what I'm saying is true...ALTHOUGH...I gave them their tracking numbers....Sounds like someone is passing the buck here....Don't want to take responsibility...What a LOUSEY way to admit to an error...NEVER use them again...and will make sure to let EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THEIR SHITTY DELIVERY SERVICE...Although I have to put a star on there review..they deserve 0 stars from me
