Store hour starts from 9. You walk all the way in yo find out they will open at 11. Not sure why are they so thick? Just put the sign at the door so that people don't have to walk all the way back. Like seriously, management has zero ideas how to handle business or what?

After reading many rants, negative reviews and a long thought of coming here. I still gave it a go! Why? Because I woke up with such a good vibe this morning. It must have been the nice weather. And it’s just a few blocks away from my place. It was at 10:30 am (May 10,2024) that I was there. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and a good morning by this woman at their check out counter. It wasn’t that busy so I proceed at their Canada Post at the back. I picked up a bubble envelope for I still need to prepare my documents. The guy who was there looked at me as I set everything on a corner of the counter. I told him “Do I need to pay this (pertaining to the bubble envelope)right now?” He quickly replied “ Oh no we can do it all together once you’re done.” After finishing up there were 3 customers ahead of me but all done so fast. When it was my turn he offered me if I want it to be registered w/ tracking number. I took his offer. It didn’t cost that much and I was after my mail getting to its destination without any problem or issue. Before he hand me the receipts he shown me where the tracking numbers can be found. I bid him bye after thanking him. And so did he. It was a good experience. I guess it pays to be positive at times.

I wish i could give them 0 stars . I made my document courier to india from canada post on 19th November and they told me it will be delivered in 15-20 days max . Its been almost 45-47 days i have no clue of my parcel. The person at their office didn’t told me about opting for tracking . And after 30 days i went to their office and they were like sir we can’t do anything in that. And its common that its taking this long.Worst experience with any courier ever. Even the customer representative don’t know how to explain things to customer. Don’t ever waste your money by selecting their courier Service.

I have send 16 luggage from Winnipeg to Windsor I got 15 luggage and 1 of them is missing when I track that specific luggage number it shows in Mississauga, Ontario when I call Canada post their response is we don't we are sorry but I am calling Canada post for 3months and yesterday they are saying we lost it we don't have any answer then what is the use you are given the responsibility to help people with their lost object whoever is working in that department is useless and no brain they think it’s simple just tell the customer we are sorry we lost it doesn't work that way I have my valuable things in that luggage your $65 won't help in that you people should work on this $65 doesn't help it’s my valuable things because of your careless and worst management I have lost my luggage the whole scenario looks like you guys are thief waiting a customer more than 3 months and at the end you are saying we lost it even though it shows in Mississauga, Ontario. I don't need your $65 you guys can have that I need my luggage you have tracking number everything how is it possible to lost it. Change your management worst service ever.

The guy at the desk on Saturday June 12, 1:45 pm was extremely rude. Having some trouble with a customers package or something like that. He stepped aside for a bit and I was asked if I was picking something up. I said no, just want to reload my prepaid visa (which takes literally a minute). He said he couldn't do it right now. I told him I had to be at work in 10 minutes and instead of saying, I'm sorry I just can't do it at this time he sad that's not my problem. Are you kidding me! This is how they train people to talk to customers!? No problem, I'll go out of my way and go to Shoppers from now on.

The lady that delivers mail in my area she leaves stuff that I order on line anywhere and she dosen't even knock on the door to let me know that she's got mail for me lost stuff that I order online because of her
