I used to like this place until today. Very bad customer service. If I didn't need help, I would have just bought my wipers online which are cheaper. I walked out and went to another part store. They were professional, helpful and installed my windshield wipers in 30 seconds.

Sheri was absolutely amazing, she knows exactly what she's doing and exactly how to handle customers........ the other 3 new comers.... including the "manager" had zero clue ......... screwed up my order..... then wernt willing to do any sort of discount went I had to drive 30 mins there and back.... 2 times due to there mistakes.... thank you Sheri!!!!!

This shop is the best parts shop in windsor. I am dealing with them from 2 years never got any issues. They take good care of customers. Other thing the prices are very reasonable and usually everything is available when you go there. I highly recommend this parts store to everyone.

Sold me a defective part and one of the staff was extremely rude. The manager was even ruder and wouldn't even listen. I was talking calmly to one employee with the other rude employee jumping in and calling an even ruder manager that they won't take the defective part back. Not surprised reading all the other one star reviews on here. Terrible customer service

I only come here! I do my oil changes and simple repairs at home with my dad, so this place usually has what I need in stock and at a reasonable price.
